Both my guys (dogs) were very shaggy and matted, but Bipi Gi's gave them handsome summer cuts, with no bald spots. (some places just shear them like sheep when they're matted) Dogs are happy, I'm happy.

They must have had some poor Employee's in the Past, because they are always the BEST! Cookie always looks great!

This family run business treats our bassett with love and kindness. Always comes home happy and with the cutest bandana.

One of our many dogs was bathed and had the nails trimmed. He seemed happy when I got him. It did take longer than I thought it would but they did seem busy and there was only one employee there.

We have tried a couple different groomers in Atascadero but bipi is the only one who didn't complain about our drama queen dog. Thanks for keeping her!!

I took my dogs here a couple of times. The first few experiences were fine. However I will not be going back to this place. The last time I took my dog here they cut all her nails past the quick. She was so scared when we left there, I felt horrible. They take your dog in the morning and don't get them done until near the end of the day. They leave them in a kennel. Behind the store is a mess of dirty towels and other things. My dog was so shaken up from going there I will never bring her back. I also experienced a really rude phone call from them. Plus my dog was acting really odd after being taken there.

If you don't go on a regular basis, they don't treat you very nicely and charge extra. Not everyone can afford to take their dog every 6 weeks. Our little dog was behaving very oddly when she came out of there. We won't be going back

I brought in my yorkie, Lola. I usually avoid taking her to groomers because she always gives a fuss which results in me getting charged extra for "handling". The lovely ladies of Bipi Gis did not give me any surprise charges and instead were very understanding towards my fussy pup. They informed me that she will get used to the grooming process over time. They were so kind to me and my dog and were ever so patient! They even accommodated grooming my dog first so I could pick her up in time for me to get to work that afternoon. Plus I can't forget to mention just how BEAUTIFUL my lovely Lola was after her appointment. These ladies really know what they're doing and they do so with dignity and kindness and I'd recommend them to anyone! Definitely coming back again. Thanks Bipi Gis!!!
