Rachel is the best she always takes great care of my corgi dory. She always looks and smells great after her grooming appointments.

They did a great job!! They were so kind and gentle.. My dog usually hates going to the groomer, he was so happy when I picked him up. He felt very comfortable with them! ????

I took my dog in to get his nail filled down knowing he he a cracked nail . the ladies who help me out were super helpful and informative. They did the best they could to trim down his nail , but i my dog wasn’t making it easy . overall the service was great

Good Grooming....but expensive!!! Their prices just jumped ???? For my two dogs it's now ten dollars more per dog. OUCH!!

I've yet to go here without someone being rude. My first visit in 2010, I was waiting for my dog while overhearing them badmouth customers. I refused to go back until Covid took out my favorite Groomer and I had not much choice. When I called to schedule the appointment, I was told that only rabies vaccination was needed. I showed up and was told that no, I needed proof of everything. This was after the woman who had been sitting on her phone saw me come in, looked extremly annoyed to be interrupted and asked why I was there and seemed clueless as to my appointment reservation. Never again.

Excellent place to take your dog to be groomed! They did a great job on my dog! Take your pets there! Also I believe they are still looking for a dog groomer get those resumes in!

They do good work & pamper friendly dogs. Our boxer is happy to visit them.

I brought my 17 year old Shih Tzu to them, it took two to groom her, they were gentle and took their time. I'm sorry to say that it was her last grooming. She passed away.

This is one of the best pet Grooming salons in the mojave my Bichon always looks amazing and never hesitates when I drop him off the women are nuturing to your fur baby and amazing at their craft, prices are amazing and the salon is easy to find

I have had wonderful experiences here. However, today I traveled 20 minutes with a dog that does NOT travel well only to see a sign in the store that says “as of August 1 we are closed sundays and mondays”. I checked their website BEFORE I left to make sure they were open. Their website has not been updated of the new hours. It is not difficult to change store hours on a website. This is infuriating and shows me the lack of respect they have for their customers. I will not be going back until the hours are updated on their site. It is such a shame as this place and their staff have been so excellent to me the past couple of years.

not only are they friendly & clean they love & respect animals. As a new client, they asked me if my cocker got along with other dogs because they allow dogs to roam within salon (they even had beds by low windows for small dogs to rest & gaze out the window! Treats are given but they ask you if this is ok. My dog was so happy and when she went back for a trim she was pulling me into the door to see her new friends! Happy dog, happy Owner!

I have been on the search for a groomer that can trim and groom a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and when done they STILL LOOK LIKE A CAVI! Beggin 4 more NAILED IT! I will never go anywhere else to get my 2 Cavi's groomed. Their prices are competitive too! Thanks Ladies!!! I could not be happier.

Very good place to take your pet, they are friendly and quick.

I've had Scottish terriers for 31 years, this place doesn't know how to groom scotties,and went 2 pick up my senior dog they cut his ear badly, which they tried to blame my dog which hes never had a problem before and my second scotty who is a puppy also they have the worst haircut ever on any of my scotties. Just be warned about your fur babies. I will go back to grooming my dogs myself.

I do not know who this person is, that left this bogus report about Our shop. The name of the person reporting Our shop has never been Our customer. How someone could make a sick accusation is beyond me. However it does sadden me that two dogs have died. No one has tested our shop to verify any such virus. We do Our level best to inquire with all of Our clients pets, having all their shots, and proof of rabies shots. Each night Our shop is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. Our business continues to grow because we care about Our clients pets and treat them as family. Thank you for your support.
