Taylor was super nice for all appointments s And payments. All appointments were pretty quick.

I was able to get an appointment with Katella Animal Clinic on short notice. They were more than willing to help me get the appointment unlike many of the other clinics in the area. On the day of the appointment, everything was great. The staff was welcoming and courteous. Dr. Kim was very thorough and didn't rush through the appointment.

We cannot express how deep our appreciation and respect go towards Katella Animal Clinic…5 stars are not enough! Dr. Lopez and her staff went way beyond their “duties” to save our Christmas therapy kitten. Because of their incredible compassion and commitment to doing ALL they can do for our animals, we have happy, HEALTHY kittens to love and enjoy for many years to come. I’m recommending Katella Animal Clinic to EVERYONE I know!!!

I had taken my cat to an emergency pet hospital for a facial wound. He did not receive proper care at this facility. I took my kitty to Katella because he had surgery there the year before and he was treated with such care. Not only was he treated with the same great care, but the vet found a second wound that the emergency vet failed to treat. The staff is friendly and caring. The vet was very caring and knowledgeable. I can't thank them enough for everything they did for my baby.

This place is fantastic. All of the staff was super friendly and helpful, getting my puppy in for his first shots with lots of flexibility with scheduling.

I call them with a concern about my puppy and they told me I had to bring him in right away. They are so friendly and professional. I will be bringing my puppy in from now on.

My English bulldog needed to go to the vet ASAP, I called around to several places and could not get in. I went online and Katella clinic came up, they got me in within two hours. The doctor and the staff are amazing!

Nice staff, clean big facility. All the dogs boarded seem very well taken care of with the bare minimum of stress. I think they all actually care about animals.

It’s a shame that I can’t even order a flea pill for my dog unless I have an another office visit. They have a policy that the dog must be seen yearly in order to re-order the pills. The flea pill is $66 but they want another $49 just for an office visit and my dog is perfectly fine and just needs his pill. I can’t afford to pay for both and my dog needs his pill. But they refused unless I bring him in for an office visit it’s ridiculous. It’s all about the money.

Went here for a checkup an yearly shots for our dog and all of the staff there were super helpful and friendly. Will definitely be going back for future checkups

We took both our cats here when they needed spaying, and we are always stressed out because we know the cats are having a horrible time wherever they go. The staff was very reassuring that they would take care of our cats, and when I watched them it seemed like they genuinely cared for all the animals they were taking care of. Both procedures went just fine, both cats are healthy and for continued medical advice and help we will look to katella animal clinic in the future. We are also very happy about their fair pricing. Recommend. Five stars for you and your woof or meow

My cats are well cared for by the staff. I especially try to have dental cleaning done. I just have to remember to nab my cats before I get the cat carriers ready. As soon as they saw the carriers, both cats hid, & it took us about 1/2 hour to find them. I take this to imply the cats aren't as appreciative as I am of Katella Animal Clinic.

They have been so helpful to me by putting my other cat ????to sleep when she was sick with Urinary Tract infection. Declawed Elsa she's doing well eating well and going to the bathroom.
