If you care about your dog don't take them here I have a saint Bernard and he's only 15 months was only going in for a grooming bath ect, I asked if they could cut his hair and they said they recommend a rake style brush I don't know how it happened but he had a razor type cut on his right back leg when I went to pick him up they brought him out spraying this perfume in the lobby area and said the haircut didn't come out right so they charged me 55 instead of 60. I paid them and left without noticing the ✂️ cut on his leg and didn't find out until I got home. They tried covering up that they messed up and didn't tell me about it.i will never go there again.

BE CAREFUL !!!!!! If you care for your pets , don’t bring them here. They are very hard and abusive to the pets. I have brought many times my dog to get groomed and the previous time I brought her she was not willing to get in and when one of the employees tried to grab her she got angry and started barking at him. I didn’t figure out then what happened but today I met another of their customer and she told me that her dog got abused by them, and asked me not to leave my dog at this place !!!!!

Great staff here. They always are friendly and greet you as you enter. Always do a good job on baths and grooming in my experiences.

I'm neutral with this place. It is so pack all the time. Dropped off my dog at 9 am. Didn't get her back till 4 pm. It was the first appointment too. It seem they cut the one that couldn't be done the day before. Wasted time waiting for them all day since I'm not from that area. Terrible job with the trim as well, patches everywhere.

Took my German shepherd puppy here a while back for her to get a simple bath and her nails to be trimmed I come to pick her up everything seemed fine and normal until we drive off I heard my puppy whimper I look down at her and I see there’s blood all over my hands and lap I was so confused I check her her nails were cut too short and she was bleeding everywhere I freaked out took her back to let them know what they did they put something on her nails to stop the bleeding but the response I got back was “this is normal all dog bleed after getting their nails trimmed” never did I bring my dog here again I took her to another groomer they said that’s not a normal thing they cut her nails way to short! Luckily my dog was fine after but now is really sensitive and her feet being touched before she wasn’t :(

I took in 5 Maltese rescue dogs from a hoarding situation. They were cleaned up beautifully. Most had mats and also fox tails in their fur. I got an appointment in Anaheim within a reasonable amount of time. The dogs were in at 9:30 and out in a short amount of time. I am fortunate enough to feel grateful for these folks who are essential to the health and well-being of animals. Please tip well to show your appreciation. I did!!! I even got a hug from the mom...I knew she was mom because I heard one of the boys call her mom when he told her what items he completed for closure...and I really appreciate families that are in business together. This business is located in a brick building just across the street from the auto parts store. They are located at a intersection with a traffic signal. I would like for a local artist help out this local business with a awesome sign so others know where to go for their furies. Called asked for pricing on bathing a Rottweiler. They asked how old answered 9yrs aggressive I said maybe around other dogs. This is her first time with a pet groomer. Just want to see what being groomed at pet facility is like. They said they don’t due Rottweilers there. Because they don’t like to be away from there owners for to long. So they suggested I go to a do it yourself car wash. Find the pet attachment piece and wash her there. Never heard of it.... don’t know if this is right, and Rottweilers get treated this way. But wow what a experience. I just wanted my dog to feel what being groomed by a professional is like.

Expensive price for a mediocre service got quoted 45 bucks for a complete service and ended up paying 65 bucks my dog is an inside dog and hair is brushed twice a week he wasn't extremely dirty .I also made a 10am appoiment and received my dog until 4pm I understand it gets busy and I dont expect my dog ready in 1 hour BUT 6 hours is a bit excessive. I spoke to a customer while I waited and they charged her 25 bucks over her intital quote. I told my GF about this experience and she said they did the same thing to her a couple years ago she gave them the benefit of the doubt and went a couple more times and everytime it was way over the quoted price she didnt know thats where i was taking my dog she would've saved me the trouble. I will NOT give them the benefit of the doubt. Seems like its a trend to get you in the door. Quotes should be close to the final price not 20+ bucks off the quote consistently and not take 6 hrs with an appoiment.

They do a great job!! I don't like handing them off on the curb but I understand. Glad when covid is gone !!

We found a lost dog and after being able to verify that the owners were unable to take her back in we decided to keep her. The people at this establishment were the kindest and most accommodating people we have ever met. They completely transformed a mop headed lil dog into the cutest sweetest looking baby ever! 10/10 absolutely amazing and we will definitely return

I haven't even brought my puppy here yet but Jamise was so friendly and we talked for 10 minutes about pomeranian's and how loving and delicate they are and I just felt like she related to me. She made me feel very confident to bring my puppy there tomorrow. She's also a walk away so that will make it very convenient moving forward! Can't wait to see the final results tomorrow and write another review. I love supporting local businesses especially during this time!

They overbooked themselves which causes stress for both groomers and most importantly the dogs. Customer service is okay but feel like they can be friendlier and more compassionate towards the dogs that are more anxious. I wont be bring my pets back since one of my dogs was stressed put from this grooming visit and caused her to have bloody stool and shakes when i picked her up

Friendly staff. My two Chihuahuas needed their nails trimmed. My fur babies are fearful of getting their nails trimmed. Discount Pets handle my pets with care during this process. And very reasonable prices.

I really don’t know what’s going on with this place. My dog had a 1030 appointment. And didn’t get to finish until 345. Once we picked her up she was dragging her butt which wasn’t normal. Then her haircut wasn’t right. They cut her a couple times on her legs. If you ever bring your dog to this place to get cut please ask for the older lady to cut it

Great place to take your dog ???? for a bath and some groomimg. Aka getting spoiled. Lol. My first time here. Saw the reviews and thought I'd try it out. I was concerned about taking my dog here during this pandemic we're in. But it all worked out as they got everything coordinated to ensure both employee and customer safety.

This is an amazing family business. Your dogs are in great hands. I have 3 dogs and take all three every other month or so. They always come out looking and smelling great and are happy. The last groomer I took them to they would come home and nap for hours because the energy wasn't right. They are always happy when they return. Love that they are a mom and pop. Love that is family run. Just love this place!!! They really love and care about the dogs.

Took my dog for a regular cut, told the guy to be gentle with his ears because my dog is very sensitive and realized my dog was acting strange shaking his head a lot, it’s been over a week already. We realized he had really big cuts on the tips of his ears, and the guy even charged me $10 more instead of $40 it was $50 because they supposably took their time, but yet still injured my dog. Now I have to take him to the vet because it’s really bad. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Before you go here read all of the reviews even on yelp, you will find many people complain about their dog's eyes burning ( My dog's eyes totally red both of them completely red like he had red contacts on) from the junk shampoo they use. They pass it off as an allergic reaction but my dog is 15 years old and I just use whatever shampoo is off the store shelf and so did my groomer until she retired so it's not an "allergic reaction" try putting some Irish Spring soap in your eyes next time you take a shower let me know if you think that feels like an allergic reaction.

They washed my dog snowy in about an hour good spot, near a park to go blaze it after.

They are great with my dogs!!
