A little bit more in the pricy side, but they’re always nice about explaining the costs! I have taken my dog to get vaccinated and have called before to see if there is a long wait time. Took my puppy for his vaccines and it was about 10 mins.

Very friendly staff and excellent service. Our kitten loved the staff.

They've been great with my dog, bur missed a kidney problem with my cat.

To loss my dog was a tragedy but everyone in the hospital was very patient and caring. Nothing of what I had to deal with was easy but they did everything they could to make sure we were taking care.

DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE. The current Vet, Dr. Tina Madan, and the staff, are incompetent and they truly do not care about the well being of your pet. I brought my cat here and spent $470 for the treatment in hopes he’d get better. They prescribed him DOG medicine. The box specifically says, “For oral use in dogs only”. I still gave him 1/4 of the tablet as directed and he immediately started foaming at the mouth. 2 days later and he’s still with the SAME symptoms and not eating. I called the vet and addressed my concern. I was very upset and wanted a new medication specifically for a cat and they completely disregarded my concerns and said they prescribe this exact medication to both dogs and cats all the time. I’ve been coming here for about 10 years now and this has never, EVER happened. My cat had been previously prescribed a liquid medication so I asked the lady (the receptionist) if I could get that instead and she told me they cannot prescribe him another medication. I asked why and she said, “I can’t say, I’m not a doctor”. I got absolutely nothing from them. The staff is very uneducated and unhelpful. All I wanted was for them to do their jobs and do whatever they can to help get my cat to better health and they treated my concerns like they were not serious and they were not going to help alleviate anything going on. She proceeded to say if I wasn’t happy with that, then I’d have to take him to a pet hospital. The service was unbelievably terrible. If you care about your pets, do not trust Dr. Tina Madan or the staff. After they’re paid on the visit, truly do not care what comes after.

TOOK MY DOG HERE AFTER SHE WAS HIT SHE ONLY HAD A BROKEN TAIL BUT A FEW HOURS LATER GOT A CALL THAT SHE PASSED AWAY LETS JUST SAW I DO NOT LIKE THIS HOSPITAL I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS OVER PRICED HOSPITAL WHICH ALSO TRIED TO CHARGE US OVER 500 DOLLARS FOR THINGS MY DOG WASNT ABLE TO GET DONE BECAUSE SHE DIDNT MAKE IT OVER NIGHT TO GET ANYTHING DONE. NOT SURE WHAT HAPPENED BUT I WAS AND STILL AM HEART BROKEN AND HAVE WISHED EVERYDAY THAT I DIDNT STOP HERE TO GET HER HELP.. I HONESTLY THINK IF I WOULD HAVE JUST KEPT HER AT HOME SHE WOULD HAVE BEEN FINE. THATS ALL IM GOING TO SAY.

Every time I have been here, all of the staff have been unbelievably patient and nice. Their prices are unbelievable and I cannot recommend it this place enough

Staff showed me how to clip my doxie-mix's claws/nails, allowing me to participate, by holding her & discussing different tactics to get the job done without much trauma or drama! Thanks to the caring staff. ALSO, LOW COST VACCINE CLINIC @ 10AM each Wed.& Sat.

Dr Park and Dr Cong are really great.

Dr. Park is awesome however some of the personnel are not on top of their A game, asking questions of the patrons sometimes several times, only to give an answer that contradicts the question. I. E. (Employees question) What kind of flea medication and for how many months? (My response) I would like Trifexis for three months for all three dogs. (Employee statement upon receipt of dog #1) we only have Credelio, and I can only give you a one month supply. End result two smaller dogs both got Credelio (flea and tick only) the larger dog got Trifexis (flea, tick, round and heart worm) Also not sure that their practices and policies are geared toward pet/owner satisfaction seem more aimed at making money

Best bet in town Staff is wonderful

This place is amazing. I called them because I needed gland expression on my pug and my main vet wouldn't help because I needed an appointment and they were booked for weeks. I was able to bring my pug, and although they were extremely busy, they helped me immediately and provided relief for my little guy. I will be forever grateful and will be coming back when needed

I don't have much experience with this place, but they performed surgery on our cat recently and she is recovering well so far. Thank you for your professionalism and compassion towards our grumpy old lady cat.

There is no other vet office I'd trust with my dog. Staff and doc is kind, open and informative.

Call the place to ask a simple question that took 2 seconds, and was placed on hold for about 46 minutes. No what you should be looking for when you leave your pets with them.

I have been coming here and there old location for 11 years as long as I have had my furbaby. The staff is ever so pleasant , there as fast as can be with all protocols still in place. It is better to have an appointment keep in mind they do have walk ins. Honestly I feel appointments work out best for me. So we're not sitting in the car for a while. There prices are great! They do have low cost days and hours run longer in evenings. For those that have those 9 to 5 work schedules.

Always get an appointment or you’ll wait 3 hours or more. If they don’t let you go somewhere else.

Close to my house but couldn't get the vet to return my call. After 3 tries I decided to go some where else

They are really great at explaining things and do their best to accommodate appointment times.

Dr. Park is the nicest veterinarian here

Dr. Park always takes good care of our pets.
