Great staff, you can tell they enjoy working with animals. Just make sure to get an appointment ahead of time.

I wanted to give them a try since they are much closer to my house. I called and told them that my dog had a skin rash (probably an allergic reaction or dry skin) They would not see my dog until after July 10th (in three weeks) I told them he was miserable and could not wait that long. They gave me no other option, so I decided to make an appointment anyway, just in case. In the meantime I would try and find another vet to see him. They put me on hold a number of times and when they found out he would be a new client, then they told me they could not see him until the 27th of July! Did they no care that he was feeling “miserable”? The young lady on the phone didn’t seem to cate much or know much, which is probably why she kept putting me on hold. She needed a bit more training on customer service skills, in my opinion.

Answered the the phone, put on hold. Answered again "how can I help"? Start to explain, interrupted, put on hold. Answered again thought I was someone else, wrong, put on hold. Answered again by Amber (with seniority)who seemed irritated when I conveyed how annoying it was to be put on hold so many times. Don't deal with this office clearly Amber and Jocelyn are overwhelmed. If that's the case, how well are they taking care of the details of your pet?

So i had my family take my dog in for vaccinations in September, and they took him in for a check up in april, and apparently he had a lot wrong with him that they didnt notice back in September. I guess what im saying is the care is always adequate, but they dont go an inch past what you pay them to do. Also, they insisted on selling my family their food at a huge mark up, which didnt sit very well with me. All in all, a good place for care, but know what care to ask for, and look elsewhere for your food/treats

I as well as my family members have been patronizing the Altadena Per Hospital for over 20 years. Have had nothing but excellent service and have complete confidence with Dr. S and his staff who have taken care of my dogs health needs and care. During these trying past 14 months in dealing with the Virus all safety procedures were taken with the staff in order to keep us safe. If you need a excellent veterinarian for your pet Altadena Pet Hospital is my recommendation.

Nice staff. Excellent covid precautions. Puppy is happy to go in with the staff for her check ups so they must be doing great work inside.

It was as wonderful as it always has been. No humans allowed in office, but a tech comes to your car, takes your pet into the office, & you have a nice chat with Dr. Sahi over the phone. You give the tech your credit card info, & your pet is returned to your car along with your receipt. Easy!!

They took really good care of us with our dog Wolfie who was going through very tough times. I really appreciate the kindness they expressed and the fact that they were able to take us on an emergency basis.

Staff & doctor is A1! Prices are reasonable/fair, customer service is always good. Nick, one of the VA (I think) especially is very kind, and you can tell off the back that he genuinely loves his job. If you're looking for a vet with good vibes, this is the one!

Took my cats in for vaccines and it was very quick and easy to be seen on short notice. Have not used their other services, but if you are looking to get vaccines, I highly recommend them.
