Adobe Animal Hospital Alta Loma, California

Shopped around and they had the best price for spaying my 100lb black lab.. My lab has been home for 3 days now and has been recovering just fine.. Everyone I spoke with was professional and so kind.. Top notch care and consideration noted.. I think I just switched vets.. ????

The staff is very professional and friendly and they don’t over charge like other places ???? I have had great experiences here every time. My only issue is I wish they were 24 hrs so I don’t have to take my pet somewhere else in case of emergency. I highly recommend ADOBE ANIMAL hospital to anyone ????

I took my puppy in there for his first check-up and the staff there was awesome the doctor actually came out to the car and it's game to a certain situation has told us that we had a healthy puppy, the person that actually helped me the most was Gloria she is a vet technician she had the most wonderful personality and explain every little thing to us that we needed to know.

Poor, could not go in with my dog. The doc got the info wrong and everything got mixed up. Won't go back.

I've been coming to Adobe for over a decade. They have always provided me with excellent service and follow thru. It would be hard to improve on the service when Adobe has excellent service already.

I always have a great experience here. The staff is super friendly and great with the dogs. The service is quick and efficient.

Going through the pandemic has really seemed to streamline your operation. From the animal view, start to finish, she didn't mind 15 minutes of discomfort. The curbside feature doesn't give any time to panic or freak out. Thank you for that. You did a great job on my girl.

Everyone at Adobe has been very patient and kind towards us. Any question I have is quickly answered, and I've even had the vet himself get on the phone with me to do that. The staff is great at following up and remembering what's going on with us. I really appreciate the effort and care they provide.

The staff and the veterinarian were great here. I took my new puppy to get checked because of some issues and they were kind, caring, knowledgeable and they went over all recommendations and costs beforehand. I only came the one time so far but will definitely be bringing my be pup back. Highly recommend.

I was open to visiting because i was highly concerned about my pet & my regular vet was booked (they were reffered.. Unfortunately this visit was unsatisfactory. The vet tech was brand new, but the issue was that the tech had no idea how to perform customer service or relay information well . I had to send her back into the office multiple times to get a clear answers concerning my pet & service. (Owners of course can't go inside *covid) & this made it all the more difficult. THE DOCTOR was short with me, would walk away from me as I asked questions, & comes off like he had no genuine concern for my pet and had the the audacity to say nothing was wrong! I insisted he throughly exam my pet & I GAVE HIM advice what to check. He did and my pet started to feel a bit better. I was left with a hefty bill (also due to getting blood work as well.) After getting the results back the doctor seemed aggravated/annoyed with me for wanting BASIC IMPORTANT info like "what should I look out for, what's the prescription my pet needs?" *questions I shouldn't have to ask anyway! then he had the audacity to hang up on me! I called back and his attitude changed proving he indeed hung up on purpose. I won't be returning here for multiple reasons. The most disappointing phrase he continued to say was " idk, its up to you to do what you want" (in an unconcerned tone) No Sir! I'm here for your advice ! Why would I NOT want to help my pet? Fortunately I was able to go back my regular vet & got a throurough exam, careful explanations & significant information that was not even mentioned about my pet inital problem.

I have been taking my animals to Dr. Aulakh at Adobe Animal Hospital for at least the last 12+ years and have had nothing but good care for my animals. The doctor and staff are very good at what they do; taking care of our animal family members. The only downside is their location, but as infrequently as I have to go there, it it worth dealing with it.

I took my dog there and she was very sick. Whatever medicine they gave her I believe killed the dog. The doctor said that he wanted to a exam on her first. Then he also said that he was going subscribe her medication to take home. I feel like the doctor didn't care about my dog duchess if he did he would have did the exam my dogged died two days later! Duchess was my daughter I loved my dog with all my heart! I would not recommend him at all!! He said the dog needed a exam then told my Mom it's up to her we can give her this medicine. I wish the doctor would have just done the exam to see what was wrong with her. We trusted him and just took the medicine.

I have been bringing my dogs here for a couple years now. They were on an approved list of providers on my pet insurance. I did more research to find a primary provider for my dogs than I did for myself. I am so glad I picked Adobe!! Every team member there has been so loving, caring and helpful to both of my dogs. I have a senior and an almost 2 year old and wouldn't dream of going anywhere else! Thank you all for taking such good care of my pups!

Just a bit pricey, getting expensive...good with my furbabies.. Atticus can be a handful, they're great with him.. ????????????????

Great they take into account your pets needs, during this pandemic

We have been going here for about 15 years, each animal we had or have lived a long healthy life. Trouble, Rage, Gotti, Diamen, Grimm and Zoey want to say you, you guys do an amazing job all the time.

It took very little time for Adobe to go from being “a vet” to becoming “our vet”! The team consistently makes us feel that our dogs are well protected and cared for. We are so grateful to have found Adobe and we have such immense gratitude for the reassurance and safety in health that the team provides us!

I have a hard time trusting people with my animals & being that my usual vet hospital is now a little ways from where I live, I had to make a decision quick when having an emergency with one of my pups. I was reffered to this hospital by a family member & I must say, they did not disappoint! Blessed to have them in my life & happy to know that they actually do care about the well being of my animals!????

We had to bring our American Bully, Achilles, here to get his ears flushed because of an unusual wax build up he has. This is the second time he's had this procedure done at Adobe Animal Hospital and everyone was so nice and amazing! The doctor was very thorough and kind. Thanks to everyone for treating Achilles like family because that's what he is to us!! ????

Adobe Animal Hospital has been our vet for more than 20 years and I've been referring anyone with a pet whenever I have a chance! Even as we've moved farther away from them, we still bring our pets to Adobe because we love and trust the doctors and the staff. Dr Aulahk and Dr Pinto are always honest and upfront about treatment recommendations and I've never once felt like they're overcharging or doing unnecessary procedures. My dogs even love going there which says a lot! They are treated gently, kindly and compassionately so they are never afraid, and one is actually always excited to see her friends at Adobe! Over the years we've had many dogs a few cats and a few bunnies treated by Dr. Aulahk and his staff and we've never had a single complaint.

They are awesome!! Nice staff, friendly to my four leg kids and me. Have been with them since 2005
