Park Centre has taken fantastic care of my cat for years now. The service is always amazing and friendly, direct attention from the veterinarian is unparalleled, and the costs are reasonable. Thank you Park Centre!

I've been bringing my dogs to Park Centre for over 5 years now. They were extremely kind and gentle when we had to let go of our 19 YO terrier. They are patient with my 3 goofy pitbulls. Pet care is not cheap but their prices are fair. They always give an estimate of things are going to cost BEFORE they start anything. And most importantly the fur-suits don't mind going to the vet.

Park Centre Animal Hospital is amazing. We went in with a list of ailments, as we had recently adopted, and they walked us through all of them giving us piece of mind that our pet is doing great and these are typical dog breed behaviors. They are very thorough, patient, and caring. Highly recommend them!

Brought my scaredy-cat dog to Dr Scullin for an annual exam and vaccines. Could not be more pleased with the way Dr. Scullin and her staff handled him and the concern they had that his experience be a good one. This is a great practice! Thank you!!

My cat had a gash on his neck. Needed a last minute appt on a holiday and he was seen that day. We have been with the doctors and team there for more than 20 years. Excellent, caring Pet Hospital. Highly Recommend.

Friendly staff, COVID safe and pet friendly.

My first experience at PCAH was reaching out to them when my cat, Leo went missing. They put his flyer in their office and answered my calls and gave me encouragement even though I was not a customer. When I began fostering kittens and eventually adopted another cat (and then 4 more!), PCAH became my vet of choice because of their excellent customer service and care every single time, and their amazing capacity to always find an appointment when I needed it. The vets are amazing diagnosticians and helped us figure out our cat, Animal's strange symptoms and recommended specialist care which saved his life. Every member of staff is knowledgeable and thorough, upbeat and amazingly responsive. I can't say enough about PCAH!!

We have been going to Park Centre Animal Hospital for over eight years and highly recommend them to anyone looking for the best veterinarian care for their furry family member. We have three senior dogs (from Muttville) and a very patient cat, and Park Centre has always been there to answer questions about our aging pack, and often able to get us a vet appointment on short notice. The staff is very friendly and caring and we trust them completely with our furry creatures.

PCAH Has been my vet for many years. They helped me with my first dog & cat, from homecoming to final goodbyes. The staff is always caring and careful. They are all experienced and well trained and always able & willing to answer questions and help with problems. They are the BEST. When my new dog had a stomach problem that needed a specialist, they quickly sent me to a nearby emergency vet with highly specialized training and equipment that was just what we needed and the procedure went very well. I trust them and enjoy working with them too.

Park Centre Animal Hospital is AWESOME.....wonderful people from vets, to lab techs and assistants, to the front office....taking great care of our Loki...he always LOVES going there to visit his friends, too...!!!

I have used Park Centre for all my cats over the past 25 years and have always found them very good and very reliable as well as caring. They kept my gang of 4 (cats) when I worked for over 17 years and now are taking care of my new young cat that will be my retirement buddy. Dr. Applegate is absolutely the best and such fun. BB loves to visit with the vet and 'her' buddies (with a few exceptions I am sure).

Even being a curbside appointment, the service was excellent. Everyone was very attentive, answered all my questions, followed all my requests. I was really happy with it. It was also very punctual and took about as long as I thought it would.

I used to think this place had great vets with vast knowledge, even though you are sometimes there for scary news but my last 4 interactions here were insane!! Mixed info. Unclear instructions. Scary news dropped but then not explained. Random emails from them after you'd already talked on the phone & you thought you had a plan. And then the unexpected email had new & confusing info & then after I replied, no response but a call 4 days later to set an appt a week earlier than I'd been told & for something different than I was told. It cost $362 for preliminary blood work alone at the 1st visit. And then not to be able to interact with a professional who guides you after those results come back is beyond frustrating. Today at what I thought was my appt to get a refresher on how to give fluids at home, they wanted to do a blood pressure check on my cat and an exam when the exam was supposed to be for ² was from original date. I NEED a blood pressure check with all this miscommunication. I'm so sad that it looks like I'll have to find another place during a pandemic to help me be the best cat guardian I can be.

I took my 11-yr old DSH cat when she was very sick. The doctor outlined a course of treatment, and we arrived at a 2-step plan to eliminate one set of issues while she recovered. Then we will see how she has responded to medication before going deeper into X-rays or scans. I really appreciated the doctor's understanding and she was receipting to my input - since I know my cat and have been watching her symptoms. She really listened and we made a plan together. I really appreciated that.

I received a recommendation for Park Centre from my pups rescuer, and I am so glad I took my puppy there. I feel like they didn’t try to sell me on a bunch of unnecessary treatments and medications, like my previous vet did (to be fair, my pups first visit in the states was at the old vet’s). I love how the staff was professional, yet very kind. The parking lot was a plus. I was comfortable, and felt safe waiting in the lot while my pup was getting examined. I didn’t have to wait very long, either. They also gave me a folder filled with new puppy info: insurance, training, day care, etc... useful stuff to get us started. I will probably start taking my cats there, too. Park Centre is a lot closer than my previous vet. One of my cats always poop in his carrier after a vet visit. EVERY TIME! Hopefully the shorter distance will give us enough time to make it home, lol.

Very nice with great service and pricing. Genuinely care about animals and their health, wouldn't take my kitty anywhere else. Wonderful folks that are knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly.

I called all over the Bay trying to get a vet to take my neonatal feral kitten. Pretty much everywhere I called simply told me they weren't taking clients and didn't have time to help me any further. When I first spoke to the nurse at Park Centre, she didn't simply turn me away but asked me questions about my pet and my veterinary needs. Even though they didn't have an appointment for my kitten, she talked me through de-worming and de-fleaing him myself and took down my information. I was so grateful for her help. Not even 24 hours later, that same nurse called me back to let me know there had been a cancellation and to get Sprout on their schedule. Truly amazing customer service, and genuine care for clients and pets! Even with strict COVID restrictions in place, I feel confident that Sprout is being well cared for when I drop him off. It's clear that everyone working at Park Centre has you and your furbaby's best interests at heart. Nothing but good interactions with their staff.
