Nicholas is short of a magician. We avoided cutting our little terrier’s nails due to the terror it brought her even getting near a groomer. He was quick, professional and efficient. The best part was seeing how calm she was coming out of there with a full nail trim in less than 10 minutes! This guy is amazing. We will remain loyal customers!

This review is so overdue - we’ve been going to Nicholas for almost two years for our goldendoodle Harold. I almost can’t put into words how grateful we are for Nicholas. He treats Harold so wonderfully & always does a great job. Not only is he attentive, but it’s clear that he’s a subject matter expert in his profession. We’re can’t recommend him highly enough.

Nick has been grooming Louie, our Aussiedoodle, for the past year. He's the only groomer that Louie has known and he was so caring to make sure that Louie had a good experience from the beginning. His work is great, his professionalism is unmatched and even though Louie is nervous whenever I take him, I know he's in the best hands with Nick!!

Nick was beyond amazing. I brought my partner"s 11 yr old Pomeranian to him for his 1st grooming. Initially Nick called to tell me Ringo had bit him several times, but was so kind as he told me. I offered to come get him, apologizing, beyond dismayed. Instead of agreeing Nick said he would try again as he reassured me. 10 minutes later I got a text that everything was going better than expected and Ringo had settled down. When I came to pick up the dog, Ringo was prancing around happy, clean and looking great. Nick explained everything he had done (even noting something the vet had missed regarding a potential ingrown nail). Not only do I HIGHLY recommend Nick, but definitely be a repeat customer. As we left, we ran into another dog and owner. In conversation it came up Ringo had just been groomed. The woman exclaimed "Oh by Nick? Isn't he the greatest?"

Several of the Bay Farm Island dogs we walk get groomed by Nicolas. The dogs look so great and the clients love him so much that I went by to meet him and was very impressed. I watched him for awhile and since the first time have been by several times and watched him work, (you can see him groom from outside the shop,) and Nicolas is very gentle and respectful with the dogs. I thought he brought something special to the (grooming) table (pun intended,) and I found out that he has studied canine massage and incorporates those techniques in his grooming and bathing. Awesome. Recently I brought my my almost-15-year-old pug to him for a bathing session since he'd been scratching even though we were up to date on his flea treatment, and afterwards he seemed very relaxed and was walking more smoothly. It turns out that's because he had his hips and pelvis released! Nicolas showed me that one of his ears had an infection and he'd cleaned it out. We went to the vet on his recommendation. My pug's fur is fluffier than usual, which is great since I pet and love on him constantly, and I so appreciate that my little old guy had his own bodywork session! Now I understand why my clients are raving about Nicolas. I've met many groomers in my 15+ years of dog walking, and he's the truly the one I like the best.

Nicholas is wonderful with our dog Leia. She is not a fan of grooming and can be pretty grouchy around strangers. Nicholas knows how to calm her down- even the first time he met her. We are so appreciative of his awesome grooming expertise.

Nicholas is like a breath of fresh air in this trying times. My dog needed a face trim around the eyes and he was able to fit her in for a quick trim around the eyes and saved me doing it myself and perhaps hurting her.

This man is a genuine dog whisperer! He was so kind and gentle with my extremely nervous rescue who absolutely refused to let us or anyone else trim his nails. I don't know how but this wonderful man managed to time his nails! Would definitely recommend 10/10!

It was a miracle that we found such and outstanding groomer. We had tried several outlets with no luck. All the other places, including the Vet said our pup (2yr old German Shepherd) was too sensitive to get nails trimmed. He would panic and pee. Also we’d get him back after they did bathe him and our house would be full of hair because they didn’t brush him out afterwards. So I wasn’t real confident when I brought him here. Boy was I wrong, I received some pics of our dog being blow dried with the owners dogs laying on floor. Our dog was super relaxed. When I picked him up he was clean, nails trimmed and blown dry. We have now found our go to place for Tucker.

Great job, I do have a short hair dog, but the services included made it well worth an occasional bath and nail trim! I will be taking my poochie here for her regular nail trims!
