They never pick up the phone, I’ve called 5 times and got disconnected by them each time after being placed on hold. It’s been over a year that I’ve been trying to reach them to get my cat seen, they make it impossible for me. I love their service in office although they make it impossible to schedule an appointment. Definitely changing vets.

It’s cool you wait in the parking lot sometimes because of COVID

very professional, friendly an just so helpful, I honestly don't know how to thank them for their help. Like most of us I am going through it financially as I try to bounce back my dog getting a foxtail in the eye was equivalent to death. The team here offered assistance and my schnauzers eye ball looks like it will be here to stay and she is back to her cheerful self. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and am choosing to go there for the rest of my time here in San Leandro. Thanks again, Dave and Lil Deb.

I only gave three stars because there were no appointments available for more than 3 weeks. The customer service over the phone was great. If you have time to wait then try them out.

They do such wonderful work for animals. Have donated to and used their services for years and Im so grateful they are here.

Doctors and staff are very professional and friendly. Service can be slow during covid. It took about 45 mins after my appt time for my cat to be seen.

Madison has been a patient of theirs since day one. She loves it everything she goes.

8 years ago they told me to euthanize my dog because she wouldn't survive to see the morning, she's still alive in 2021. They are cheaper than other vets in the area, but you get what you pay for...

The staff here is amazing! I've been taking my animals here for years. The facility is clean and well designed (love having separate dog and cat waiting rooms!) and the veterinarians care deeply for the animals. They are always available by phone and email for a quick consult!

I love this place .Ive brought 2 animals that were really sick and they brought them back to healthy animals.I recently had to bring my 1yr 2 month old kitten Ms Cookie to be put to sleep due to 2 forms of cancer. I would highly recommend people to come here with there pets The staff is SUPERB ,Friendly , very kind and they keep u informed on the cost of your visit.They are the best THANK U FOR YOUR GREAT SERVICE

Good vetenarians, I've been going to them for a very long time, only issue is they now ask me to pay ahead of time (like they don't know me- I've only spent thousands of dollars there) that's not very good customer service, I understand they get plenty of no shows, but still, feel a little bit insulted

With their covid-19 test they are even more efficient

They're very kind, caring, considerate and calm. The entire team is wonderful from the first time you come in for the appointment, during the appointment and after. The Vet goes over their findings and explains everything to you in a way that you can clearly understand. Also if you have questions they will answer them without trying to rush you out the door. These are wonderful people that love working with animals. I'm grateful I found this place its East Bay SPCA VET CLINIC in Oakland, California 94621.

Long wait for immunizations even in Tuesday. Go early. Beware: Dogs and cats in same room.

It was a bittersweet experience. My dog is blind in Both eyes. But one eye has an ulcer in the cornea. Not sure what I'm going to do because it is a little pricey for the surgery. But the staff and doctors are very nice and will try and get you help to pay for the surgery

Sad visit to put my dog to sleep, but the staff was kind and sensitive.

I have gone through 4 dogs from this clinic since 30 years ago. The staffs and vets are very professional and very hard working. I give this place a 5 stars because you will never go wrong with SPCA. This place is very busy. Make appointment ahead of time.
