Would not help my dog Jackson. Because I did not have appointment. I don't understand theses vets now days.animal lives matter too but to this place it's just a pay check.

We brought our cat to get fixed for an emergency reason. They told us to bring her in to get her fixed. When we got there instead they did blood work and antibiotics and demanded we pay right then. We were going to have the money for her being fixed after the procedure. They threaten to call the cops for theft of service hung up on me and cussed my boyfriend out. They outrageously overcharged us for a few things and we're very rude

Very unprofessional inconsiderate staff member. I had an appointment. I pulled up and was told by an employee who was outside talking politics with a customer, that no one was allowed inside and to call the front desk. I did so for 10 mins with the phone being busy. I informed her and she just repeated to me that they weren't allowing anyone inside and just call. I did again and asked couldn't she just go in and sign me in, she just continued to sit and look at me... needless to say I left

Outlandish in cost, and they would not let you go in with pet/family member. Will never go there again. Would've cheaper to call my Vet out as an emergency call.

I unfortunately had to take my dog to be put to sleep and the staff was very kind and considerate while handling everything. I couldnt go in with her due to Covid, but the staff was there with her.

Most reasonable veterinarian in the area. We have been taking our cat and dogs there for a few years now.

We brought our dog there for a 1 year checkup and he has been sick ever since. I have left 2 frantic messages on the a answering machine and they haven't called me back. We don't know what to do.

My cat, Tah, is 15 years old. About a year and a half ago she was diagnosed with Feline Stomatitis. She had inflamation and lesions on her upper gums and could only eat soft "mashed up, watered down" canned cat food or jarred baby food. Even then, as time passed the condition got so bad that sometimes the soft watery food would touch an inflamed area of her gums and cause her to writhe and let out an agonizing cry. Tah was seen by 5 different veterinarians, all of whom gave me no hope of a cure. She was continually treated with 2 injections (a steroid and a "30 day" antibiotic) These treatments would give her about two weeks of relief during which she would devour her food (still had to be soft/liquid-like). After two weeks she would begin a decline that would lead to another set of shots in another 2 weeks. I discovered Dr. Crissy Davey via Google search on a weekend when the shots had worn off early and the vet clinic I was using at the time was closed. Dr. Davey gave her the needed injections to relieve Tah's pain but offered another treatment that the other doctors had not recommended due to Tah's advanced age. Dr. Davey recommended oral surgery to thoroughly clean Tah's teeth and to examine her for possible decayed teeth, which would be pulled during that surgery. Tah had her surgery about a week later; bad teeth were extracted. It's been 3 months now and Tah has had no signs of mouth pain, no inflamed gums. She eats everything - dry food, canned food, treats, etc. She has gained back up to a normal weight and obviously enjoys life again. The offensive mouth odor she previously had is gone completely. I hate to think of the times during this entire ordeal that I almost gave up and considered putting my elderly fur baby out of her misery. Thank you, Dr. Davey for giving me hope, for ending my cat's pain, and for giving us more time together. You're the best!

Id give them no stars if I could. Went here once and will not go again. The vet here is very rude, unprofessionally childish. Took all 3 dogs at once and they separated each one and did whatever they felt necessary without consent. Then acted like we abused our animals and accused us of neglect. You could even hear them talking badly about how we treated the animals in the other room to her help. So unprofessional. If I really didnt care about my animals why would I bother bringing them in concerned about their symptoms?

Do not like the vet because she is rude every time I come there and is rude to pretty much every one that comes in there ...the staff is nice up front. But I won’t take my babies there again because I will not be spoke to like she speaks to me every time I come in.

They are so wonderful. And the office hours are awesome. They live my pups like I do.

I took my dog on a Sunday’s my regular vet was closed as his eye was red and swollen. Their attitudes were very poor. When he struggled during 2 shots...what animal doesn’t....the vet raised her voice at ME for comforting my dog saying I was reinforcing his bad behavior. It wasn’t bad behavior, he never growled or tried to bite, he just struggled when they were sticking him with a needle. I will not go back and these people have no idea on animal behavior!

The vet is extremely rude. She asked me if I had ever trained my 9 year old dog who is the best dog in the planet. He is scared!!! He's at the vet!!! She has absolutely no sympathy and was rude and I do not suggest anyone go to this place. It also smells like mold inside.

Staff are great. They might not remember me, but they remember my dog and that's more important. Staff are great and my puppy has had as positive of an experience as she can, when getting her shots. They are also open for clinic on the weekend which is great.

Great place with the best prices around. Friendly staff and caring professionals.

Inexpensive but not reliable for the PAWS program. There is a waiting list months long. A more expensive vet was ready to schedule the free neuter within 5 days.
