My wife, and I are in complete disbelief by the treatment of the attending veterinarian (Malta, who is a complete hack) She accused me of being "belligerent", and "we're have a personality conflict" when asking her why my Boxer needed additional treatment services after the appointment setter told me when I made the appointment for heartworm meds, the dog needed nothing else. Until we took our dogs to the exam rooms. When asking to speak with Dr. Cooper, she told us he wasn't available. Completely unprofessional, and I will NEVER take my pets, or money back to Cooper Veterinarian. Clearly my dog has thicker skin than Malta does. This place is a complete joke! Lastly, a message for the receptionist, and Malta…BLESS YOUR HEARTS!

I’m late at my review. But by far the best Veternarian in the Monroe La area. They truly go above and beyond for the pets and their owners.

Doctor Cooper was the best. They were appt only to on Sat but when they saw what shape Jackson was in Dr.Cooper took him back and tried to save Jackson .Thank You. Doctor Cooper for being such a compassionate and very professional doctor we thank you very much Pam Duffy and Astrid Roy.

Cooper's is a competent Vet office. Glad they are there the few times I needed a vet. They are a bit expensive but most vets are.

I had to put my 14 year old dog down, because of health reasons. The staff and doctor was so caring with my situation. They showed compassion, and love, towards my pet and I. They explained the process so I would feel comfortable with my decision. Thank you so much for the care you've given me in my time of need.

If you are new to town DON'T GO THERE IF YOU HAVE ANY KIND OF EMERGENCY WITH YOUR ANIMAL!! Was turned away quick bc we were new and didn't have their Credit forms filled out! It sickens me that they are more concerned with $$ then for your furbaby!!

Dr. Harper has been great with my Maltese.

I called trying to make an appt. They were 3 weeks out. Then tried to do a walk-in. The receptionist told me there is an additional $50 charge on top of the regular appointment charges, but there were no more walk-ins for the day... It was 8:20am. Guess they do not want new pet customers.

The best. Been going here for a good 9 years now. All of the staff is just amazing. Get to know the pets well enough to remember their names but not yours ????. Half joke aside, they care and do such an amazing job. Our furrbaby isn't afraid of the word 'vet'. She knows she is going to see 'friends'.

When I first relocated to West Monroe I had no idea who is going to care for my furry children. I was fortunate enough to find the Cooper Veterinary Hospital. The doctors and staff are kind and compassionate and the prices are more than reasonable. I can't thank them enough for the compassion they showed me when I had to have my poor baby Bailey laid to rest due to stomach cancer. They treated her with kindness and dignity. If you love your animals as much as I do this is the veterinarian for you.

I had a appointment to drop my fur baby off for heart worm treatment. I set this appointment up weeks before. For some reason Cooper decided to not open up till 12pm because it lightly snowed. I drove over an hour to get here and to find this out when I pulled up was very unprofessional. They could have called and told everyone that had an appointment what they were going to do. Copper Vet wasn't like this at one point. Of they keep the up there going to lose a customer for good.

The veterinarians and staff treat my fur babies as their own. Appreciate all you do.
