I love Dr. Raby! He has been a great vet for us over the past 20 yrs. He has saved a pup from parvo, another from distemper, and our last go round was with our 19 yr old cat who had a stroke. Honestly, I had never heard of a cat having one, but he saved her and brought her back good as new! Others would have said to put her down.

Great people doing a great job. They take care of our dogs. I trust them.

This is a small office with one vet, but it is definitely worth the wait. Sonia runs the office and is very knowledgeable about everything going on in the office. They are very caring and compassionate to all the animals. I volunteer for a rescue and have taken many animals in that I foster and they have provided excellent care for every animal. They even saved one that I just knew wasn’t going to make it.

Excellent service! Best service and care for our dog. No waiting! I would recommend this vet and their fees are alot cheaper than their competitors down the road. We love them and would go back again.

I love the way everyone there is so caring and attentive to all the animals. I've taken all my fur babies there for the past 14 years. Surgeries, shots, grooming etc. I even adopted two of my kitties after one of my babies passed away. They helped with the entire process and were so gentle and helpful during that time. Sonia and Dr. Raby are great and always take care of my babies. It's pretty affordable compared to other vets I've been to.

This is a great animal hospital. Today we had to have our ill-tempered, young kitty shaved. She was badly matted. They did a beautiful job, not a nick or a missed patch. She's home now, totally relaxed and comfortable. They've done a great job with our dogs, but this was above and beyond!!! So glad we found this clinic!

They could not give my dog a haircut and still charged me for it.

First impression was horrible ! The customer service was bad presentation was bad dam cat on the counter it smelled like I don’t know what Very very unsanitary... no greeting upon arriving it was the worst experience ever I had to make them speak I wouldn’t take a dog or anything else of a living being there ... I had an appointment they pretty much threw the clip board at me didn’t even ask me my name I just walked out and went to Elmore where they were professional and clean these people didn’t even call to see why I missed my appointment they even appeared angry for me coming .. please do not take your babies to this place ! Very disappointed I’m glad I didn’t give them my money ????

Today was probably the WORST experience I've ever had at VET clinic. I didn't catch her name but she the big lady in the front desk, she was flat out RUDE. The dr. was ok but the vet tech (blonde headed) acted like she really hated her job. She was NOT friendly at all. Its already bad enough that I was in there because my puppies were sick but then having to deal with the people that actual work there was awful. Bottom line is if you hate your job that much > QUIT. If your not feeling your best> call in sick. Don't go to work with a bad attitude!!!!! Its not professional at all. I don’t care how long a clinic been in business for RUDE is RUDE. Overall I WOULD NOT recommend this place to anyone. FIRST AND LAST for me.

Will never bring my baby back to this place again!!!! They sold me some expired heart worm medicine for my 3 month old yorkie at the time. The receptionist was not apologetic at all!! She claimed that the manufacturer printed the wrong dates on the box and sent them out some stickers to put on the box and must have missed the one they sold me. I purchased this medication in November and just realized last night the the expiration date was 3/18. And the receptionist/ office manager ask “why I didn’t look at the date at the time of purchase?” Well I think her question was crazy to ask me being that I purchased from a business/vet... YOU SHOULD HAVE CHECK THE DATES since you know the dates were supposedly incorrect!!! Don’t trust them with your babies!!!! Then very UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

Short wait time and short check ups. Which is great for a busy schedule. Very nice employees and they also have cats to pet. Which is very relaxing. Overall really good ????

Great personal attn.. through my hard time

Dr Raby is very unprofessional and scatterbrained . I brought my cat up for an upper respiratory virus and he told us to do one treatment to which we followed to the letter and didn't work only to question my wife and me as to why. We told him that it was per his indtrinstrucand he got very aggressive with his tone and lied about telling us what to do. I would give this place a zero star recireif I could .

This vet office’s staff is very knowledgeable about the wellbeing of the animals that are brought in. They helped save my daughter’s 4 month old puppy from Parvo with at-home medication & instructions. They also work with rescues all over the nation with vetting for fosters at their facility. The workers have always been friendly, courteous, & caring every time I’ve brought in a pet to be seen, whether it’s my own or a foster. I would recommend them to anyone needing vet services. I've found my furry home! My rescue dog Oscar is a handful and he's been banned from a few groomers in Desoto county because they couldn't "handle" him! The gals here at SGAH had no problem "handling" my Shih Tzu and he came home looking gorgeous!!!!! They were great!!!!

The vet is good here and the entire office staff are nice folks! Very reasonable on their prices too! My dog does not get anxious here like he did all the time at the previous vet we used to use. We will keep coming back!
