This place has some great Drs but needs desperate help with some of staff the front counter girls aren't so polite and think maybe their the Drs and really needs help with there personalities. Besides that it's a great place.

They are the best I can not say enough about their skills compassion. I love them

Recently moved to the area and my baby girl took a bad fall in which she couldn’t put any weight on one of her legs. I looked around for a Vet to take her too for this accident and I came here… Dr Pannell, Sierra, Amanda and the whole team was sooo sweet! They really understood my pain as a “FurMom” to see your baby hurt like that. They answered every question I had and took good care of my sweet Bella Rose. To go through this experience AND in a new area.. I’m so appreciative of Dr.P and the team for showing so much love to my FurBaby and giving me the reinsurance I definitely needed ❤️ I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a Vet or just need some TLC for your Fur Baby ❤️

Dr. Baer is great. Very knowledgeable and honest. Nice facility and good prices. Easiest to call vs email to schedule, etc.

While traveling through the area, our dog came down with an ear infection. Walnut Grove was able to see our puppy as a walk-in patient and treat her. The staff and doctor were efficient, kind and gentle.

They were able to see my dog even though we are traveling and she's not their patient. Very nice, efficient, and kind to my dog.

Called up there for dog boarding. My dog shots are up to date. The receptionist told me the dog would need all new shots. The last time we brought out dog they gave her a flu shot and she was sick for a week, constantly coughing. Highly don’t recommend

Roo loves Dr. Breland. I would never take her anywhere else.

Dr. Debs has treated of several pets with her special care and professionalism. Over the course of several years, I have seen other doctors at Walnut Grove Animal Clinic, and they all are good. The tech staff has always been considerate of the needs of my pets. Thank you.

These people really care about the animals. I had to bring in a nine week old stray kitten that had been hit by a car and was in shock. They We’re fast prompt and we took care of the issue as soon as I got there thank you so much for the help! Trust me I checked everywhere in the area and this is the only real animal emergency center! Every other vet I’ve used in Midtown Memphis wanted to refer me to somebody else.

You can do walks and the staff have fire engery

They are phenomenal did such a great job for my Eli. He had got scratched in the eye by a cat. They took such great care of him super fast wonderful service. Amazing vet and doctors absolutely a go to if you're in Memphis needing a vet.10stars best vet service ever received and I am from out of town.

I DNT KNOW WHERE TO START... THEY ARE UNDERSTANDING AND SO SWEET.. I BROUGHT MY PRECIOUS PHARAOH THERE TO GET HELP ..I COULDNT AFFORD EVERYTHING BUT THEY CAME UP WITH SOMETHING IN MY PRICE RANGE.. HE WAS FEELING BETTER UNTIL HE LEFT MY HOUSE FOR THREE DAYS ONLY TO BECOME SICKER ..I CALLED AND THE DR CALLED ME THE NEXT DAY... I KNEW I HAD TO PUT MY SWEET PHARAOH TO SLEEP.. THE VET WAS SO SWEET AS WELL AS THE STAFF ..I WAS HURT BUT YOU CAN TELL WHEN PPL ARE SINCERE AND SHE MOST DEFINITELY WAS... BUT THANK YOU AGAIN .. I STILL TEAR UP .. THEY WERE SUCH A BLESSING TO HELP ME THRU THE HURTFUL CHOICE I GMHAD TO MAKE... THANK YOU AGAIN.

The whole office staff was wonderful. Very sweet and caring! The vet was very honset and I appreciated that too.

I really like the vet that Kirby and Kasey has seen at Walnut Grove, but I am use to amazing Vet care coming from Houston. Walnut Grove does not send me reminders of when my dogs should be coming in for vaccinations. No reminders of appointments . . . We have spent thousands including dental care, check ups, and vaccinations and I have provided my personal information TWICE!!! So I have a problem with the administration of this place, not the Vet care. My dogs are 12 and their adult care needs better scheduling and reminder services than they can offer us. Get it together administration.

Not a very payment friendly place. 60 to trim nails and clean ears. My dog had an ear infection and couldnt be seen for 2 weeks.

Staff is kind and understanding. Open late Monday thru Thursday so easy to find time. Walk ins and appointments. Great rates.

They took wonderful care of Buster on his last day. When I brought Isabella they took great care even though she is not very nice. The facilities are clean and staff friendly. I can't appreciate them enough.
