Gentle Care is the best veterinary clinic in town! They're compassionate, honest, and reasonably priced. I wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else!

We take our sweet baby, Bella, to Gentle Care Animal Hospital for all her vet needs. Dr. Sullivan is warm and professional - always letting us know about Bella's healthcare and needs. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

Friendly, and they dropped everything for a minor soft tissue/orthopedic emergency. After determining that there were minor factures in the legtibial plateau and fibula they sent me away with a soft splint that didn't really immobilize the knee. I'm not sure why all veterinarians wouldn't stock an assortment of $4 or $5 leg splints that could've been the definitive treatment in this case, while my pet was already sedated. The care was above average, but there was a star lacking since $550 just bought me xrays, a couple of sutures, & 1 day before I needed to seek out an impossible to find knee immobilizer or get a specialty appointment on a Saturday, outside my home network.

The Best Vet in Memphis!!

This used to be the best vet to take our pets. Unfortunately all the good doctors left and Dr.Sullivan is the only here. I would not trust her with any animal of mine. She has no compassion and is in the wrong business. She doesn't not explain test results or potential steps to come.. office staff has started to go down hill as well. I would really encourage people to find another vet.

I had a stray to show up at my house. I took him up there to have them to see if he was chipped. They came out without hesitation, scanned him and gave him a quick glance to see if he was OK. I really appreciated that. Thanks!!

I love this place! Since I got my pup I have taken him here. They care, they are knowledgeable and the staff is kind. I wouldn’t change from this place! Dior (my Cockapoo) is always so excited when it’s time for a visit! Thank you guys for keeping him healthy. We love you!!

I took my puppy to 3 different clinics to get help and Gentle Care was my last option. I told them what was going on and luckily I was already in parking lot just to see if they would take walk ins. She asked how close was I and when I explained to her I was in parking lot she was like ok next appointment not till 20 minutes away she could fit him in. I will was so relieved and grateful for them to expect him because I was very concerned about my puppy. 3 different clinics denied him but they fit him in. Everyone was professional and friendly and very happy to help and see Prince. Thank you Gentle Care I appreciate your help.

I recently visited Gentle for the first time and the visit exceeded my expectations. The techs were wonderful and everyone was so pleasant and helpful. The doctor took the time and explained EVERYTHING to me without skipping a beat. We had a 15-20 min discussion on current health of my pet and future plans that we are going execute on a timely manner to ensure effectiveness and safety for my pet. Overall rating 12 out of 10

Been going here since 2009 and I've been pretty happy with it.

The second we turn into the parking lot our dog knows where we are going and is excited about visiting Gentle Care Animal Hospital. The vets and staff are excellent in every way. Compared to other vets I find their services and products a great value. We highly recommend Gentle Care!

Mrs. Debbie and the staff are incredible. They treat your baby’s like they were there own. They work with you even when they are completed booked. Kind and friendly staff that go above and beyond what they are paid to Do.

My best friend Lucy recently passed away and they were there for me. It was incredibly difficult and my wife and I are still grieving. When you loose a pet, you loose a best friend, a family member and so much more. If they had not been there for us, I don't know what we would have done. Dr. Allen and his staff are great. We still have two babies left and they are being taken care of by doctor Allen also. If you want a place and people you can trust, this is it.

Love them! They saved my dog’s life! I’m new to the area and the techs and vet really took care of my fur baby. They went above and beyond any Vet experience I’ve had between two countries and three states. I higher recommend.

Called about getting my puppy in because I felt uneasy with an ongoing situation. Spoke with Carrie (sorry if I spelt it wrong) and she was the sweetest, got me in to see the doctor I wanted (Dr. Sullivan). As always Dr. Sullivan was very through and took great care of my pup. I would wait for hours just to see this doctor and the staff is beyond amazing! 100/10 recommended, so thankful for this clinic!

My experience was great They showed concern for Lexi Jones my toy Yorkie. They were very informative and proactive about her care. I should add last but certainly not least They are very reasonable. I only spent a lil over a 100 bucks for shots exam and a miro chip. I would recommend these guys . They are Lexi"s vet for sure. Lexi Jones Born 4/3/2021

Everyone seems nice, but I don't like the curbside visits! My pup is only 8 wks old and not being able to go in with her was hard on her. She has separation anxiety still and I don't want her disliking the vet visits, but I couldn't do anything to help or make it a positive experience. She was put in a kennel for a bit while they did other stuff and she cried the whole time.

The doctor was amazing and very polite. My only complaint is that one of the staff members was rude and seemed like she simply didn’t want to be there. As a new client, I found this to be very disappointing and concerning about how my cat was going to be treated. However, the other staff member I spoke with on the phone was very friendly. I’d recommend this office but, I really wish they would have a better attitude.

They treat the pets like they are their own. Very professional yet personal. Does good quality work and they value us. Very reliable and responsive. Zacchaeus loves this place so much.
