Elevator is a very caring lady and she is just great with animals I love this place so much and I love taking my pets there they feel comfortable around the staff and around her everyone there is very friendly and caring and they're good at their jobs

Greatest Vet anywhere. My daughter and I took our little dogs to Dr M more than 40 yrs ago. Although my daughter lives in LA now and has a menagerie of animals I still think of Dr M and how kind and caring she’s always been with animals. She is a great human being!! If I could give her a million stars, I would. The best Vet, anywhere!!!

Dr. M is the best I would not take my baby to no one else. I recused a little pup. Took her to Dr. M. and she took very good care of her. Now she is a part of my fur family. Her name is Soksi . She is 1yr and a half. She keep my other furbaby on his toes . He has stage 2 but you can't tell by the way he act. His name is Copper and he is 17yr. He loves Dr. M. His face light up when he see her. .No matter what she do to him it okay . Dr. M said he's a Drama King.. Dr. M has a loving and caring heart for animals. Like I said she's the BEST. And the staff is a well oiled machine. They are great

This crew has been together a long, long time and they work like a well-oiled machine. We’ve been bringing our critters to Dockie Jo (RIP) and Dr Carolyn for more than two decades. As always, they treat us with genuine compassion and care, whether we bring one of ours in on an emergency or just a scheduled appointment. Unfortunately, they’re not taking anymore patients at this time. But when / if they do, you can rest assured they will treat you just as well.

We've been bringing both of our dogs here for 5+ years. Dr. McCutcheon is the best and very trustworthy. Great staff!

I'm not giving this a one because the veterinarian is great I'm giving it a one because the day I called my baby needed to be seen right then and there I was right down the street and they told me they were not taking any new dogs or cats how do they run this place if they're not taking anyone new if I could give it a zero I would for that

4th of July weekend my dog became very ill/lethargic, we knew he was in real trouble. We were forced to take him to the emergency vet in Cordova and while I’m thankful that they stabilized him and helped to keep him alive. Those IV fluids and meds were $1793 without any diagnosis given to us. For a diagnosis they said they could do that for $3700 so of course we picked him up after a 20 hour stay and went over to Park Avenue Animal Hospital. Vet looked him over, we were told to leave him and a couple hours later she called me and said they were closing as it was around 6PM and she was going to stay late and do open abdominal exploratory surgery as she believed he was suffering from a blockage and didn’t have time to spare. She pulled a nerf ammo ball out of his intestines and saved his life. After surgery, meds, IV rehydration, and a 3 night stay we paid only a fraction of what we paid to the emergency vet. Pricing will vary of course but I was astounded at the affordability and also the quick action and skill of this vet. She called and said she was going in, there was no money talk or discussion—she knew what she had to do and she saved my dog’s life. The supporting staff were all very friendly towards me as well and I felt very comfortable knowing my dog was there. Highly recommend but I’m not sure if they are accepting new clients at this time. 5 star

The receptionist is extremely rude. Everyone else that works there is polite and friendly and the doctor is great. But since the first point of contact is the receptionist it really does not matter. She has a bad day every day of her life. I don’t know how they have any clients left. I would rather pay more than to talk to her again.

Dr. McCutcheon is been my vet for many many years now and has treated all my rescues with impeccable care. Also the staff are friendly knowledgeable and helpful.

I called and the receptionist was VERY rude and was rushing me off the phone. I will never recommend anyone to trust them with their animal.

friendly staff, and an amazing veterinarian. she cured my dog of parvovirus when I thought all hope was lost. she went above and beyond even though my financial situation was a problem during that time. I recommend them 100% without a doubt the best around

Most unprofessional animal hospital I have ever interacted with. The receptionist was extremely rude and not only spoke over me every time I had a question, but also continued to call me “ma’am” repeatedly. Considering I’m a bald man and I have a beard I can only assume that the repeated use of “ma’am” was intentional. Completely out of line. Do not go here.
