I give this place 5 Stars, they are so so so nice and so sweet. They always answer the phone in time, and answer your questions the best they can!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! My baby Ginger can sometimes be a feisty kitty, and they know how to treat her well. One they have good prices, so close to home, and just AWESOME! THANKS!!!

I was told I could take fluids home for a dehydrated 6wk old kitten...when I went back for said fluids the vet on duty said he didn't feel comfortable with sending fluids home... Where's the consistency? 2 vets...same page...

Great Service! As a first time pet owner and my dogs first appt., I wasn't sure what to do. I was comfortable from start to finish. He received his shots and some meds to prevent heartworm disease.

Pet owners beware!!! Do not go to Greenbrook Companion Animal hospital. My dog went there since I first got him as a puppy and they continuously lied to me. I decided to take him to a different vet and I was told he has both hip dysplasia and heart worms. My vet told me that he was tested and was negative but he wasn’t even tested. Every time we went to the vet I asked about his hips and the vet said he was fine and he just walked funny. Dr. McCain is not a good vet

I absolutely love this place and their staff. Been going here for years. They are good with my dog, very informative, and friendly.

They were really good with the pets. The only thing I didn't like was in the room, I am not sure that they clean it before each pet. My dog was licking the side of the bench. I'm guessing that maybe a girl was there & a certain spot in the floor. Other than that, they were really good.

This is the best vet team ever! I love the way they care for my fur babies. It’s like a family atmosphere every time I take my babies for care. No question is silly or stupid and you leave with an understanding of your concerns. I so appreciate this team of professionals.

If you're looking for people who knows you're dogs by name and calls and check on them after an incident. Treats them like their own and makes sure your satisfied after every visit. I board my babies here as well and I wouldn't take them any other place. Pricing is always reasonable but I'll pay for good quality that comes with love anyway.

They treat your pets like family and don’t charge you a fortune for it! To have a vet call you and check on your animals when they aren’t feeling well is priceless and here you will receive more than that.

I am so glad I found this vet after moving here from Texas. Dr. McCain is very knowledgeable and you can tell the entire staff truly cares about their patients. Definitely would recommend!

We brought our cat in 6/22/20 to have our cat vaccinated and spayed. We called before the appointment to make sure we could have everything taken care of in the same day as we have very busy work schedules. We were told when making our appointment that it would be fine and we were scheduled. Then after they brought our cat back, we were just given a bill for the vaccination, no spay. Now after the fact, we are being told they need our cat spayed a week prior to the spay. This should have been made clear from the start as we clearly asked about this upfront, and were lied to. We will not be going back.

Dr. McCain is very knowledgeable and has always taken excellent care of my fur baby. The office staff are very professional, pleasant, and very gentle with the pets.

Previously I would have recommended this vet. They offer discounts to service members and have always treated us well. A few days ago I called to make sure I could come in and get get flea meds for our 3 dogs (not sure if there would be any changes in picking up with covid-19). They said I could come in anytime. I also made a comment about how I need to get my dogs in for an appointment because they are past due for shots. She asked if I was already a client and she said oh, I will look up your file and have the pills ready for you when you get here. A little while later they called me to inform me I cannot pick up the flea meds until my dogs are up to date on their shots. They wanted me to make an appointment that day.The fact that she said I could get the pills without knowing I was a client implies that they would sell them to anyone who needs them right? And since I told her myself they needed their shots it can't be the normal policy to not give flea meds if they are behind on shots. I intended to go in and make an appointment while I picked up the flea meds but I don't plan to return there now. I don't understand why someone could walk in off the street and buy flea meds but I as a client cannot without my dogs coming in. What if I couldn't afford to have them seen right now due to losing my job because of covid? That means they should suffer without flea meds?
