I trusted my dogs life with these people. Unfortunately it was the biggest mistake of my life. Let’s just say I no longer have my dog. I dropped him off at Paws Mahal and never saw him again. They let him lose. My family is heartbroken. After speaking to some local people, apparently there have been MULTIPLE incidents which have been covered up, paid off and swept under the rug. It’s so sad. If you care about your fur baby at all DO NOT use Paws Mahal. I warn you. The owner is very disingenuous. She puts on a good show.

My mother-in-law toured Paws Mahal and was appalled. She told me that dogs were shoved in cages to small for their size. She said dogs were crying, shaking and barking. She noticed shock collars laying on the counter and one on a dog inside of the cage. She said the place looked very run down where they took her in the back & not a lot of room outside for the dogs. When she went no dogs were outside. They were all locked up in cages. She noticed whips laying in the outside area where the dogs go. When she asked about the whips the lady told her “oh those were suppose to be put away, we use those for training purposes”. (Another words she forgot to hide them before the tour) She then proceeded to tell her about her approach to training and how owners shouldn’t love on their dogs. It was just a lot for my poor mother-in-law to take in. Needless to say neither of us would EVER take our dogs there. I’m so glad she pushed for the tour. I’ve hesitated to write this review. But if I can help at least one person, more so a dog(s). I’ve done my job.

Good place to board a dog. Vet is next door in case of an emergency.

Dogs didnt seem stressed and it was nice to go out of town over night.

Our dogs (and us) love this place! We can say "want to see your friends?" and our dog knows exactly where we are going! They have the best time there and come home ready to nap! Very kind people with so much patience!

Incredible staff. Dogs love it. You know they love going to Paws when your shy, reticent dog kind of prances her way to the door. You also know they had a great day when the first thing they do when they get home in the air conditioning is sprawl out on the cool tile floor. Except for their dinner, they are happily done for the day.

This was the most awesome experience we have EVER had!! Carol came out and almost immediately we saw a change in our dog. I could cry from joy just seeing my children enjoy our dog for the first time since we got her (a month ago) !! I recommend anyone who wants to enjoy their pets without biting and potty training help to use this service. You WONT regret!!

Best dog trainer and boarder in Little Rock. They did an at home training session with us and it was wonderful.

I have known this family for basically my entire 27 years of life. You will never meet a more honest and sincere group of people. I have also never seen a family who can train a dog quite so well! 10/10 Highly recommend!

Carol is so sweet. And my pups are totally different pups. I cannot believe they both like their kennels. And they listen to me! No more jumping on me either!

The most professional doggie daycare service in town!

Paws Mahal dramatically improved our dogs behavior, and our own ability to manage our animals! They really teach both humans and animals, and they do it with so much passion its hard to find fault. We love taking our doggos in to see Carol and Hannah for doggy daycare and training!

Truly excellent training programs! If you are in the area and still wondering whether to give these guys a try, you are in for a pleasant treat if you choose to do so! They did an excellent job training my dog.
