These folks are awesome! Trudy and Rose have grooming down to an art! They've got a new bather, Bentley, that's getting ready to learn the tricks of the trade. Reasonably priced and great care of your pets!

I have been using Mrs Trudy for 16 years now. I have never had a problem and they do a great job.

This place is AMAZING! Trudy, Rose, and Bentley do a fantastic job and are wonderful with the fur babies. They do stay booked, so call to make your appointment. You'll be glad that you did!!!

We love Golden Touch! The ladies are so sweet and take great care of my doodle every time. He always comes out looking great! I highly recommend them, especially if you have a doodle that needs a groom.

I’m not one to complain about another business because I remember what it’s like to be on the receiving end when being a GM, but this place needs to be AVOIDED unless you are positive they will treat you right 100% of the time. I just spoke with the owner Trudy about getting a refund for one of the two dogs we had groomed on Thursday, April 23rd, because his fur looks like it was butchered, not cut & groomed. Trudy kept saying over and over that she would fix his hair for free, and I kept repeating that I was not comfortable with bringing him back, even prior to her ever offering fixing his hair “for free.” She asked why I was unhappy with the service, and I explained all of the reasons to her. November 2019 Scout was having issues with his ears. I messaged the owner and told her what was going on. I had to take him to his vet to find out what was going on. Golden Touch Grooming left liquid in his ears from when they cleaned him out. When I spoke with Trudy, she said that he had so much packed into his ears, that they were irritated from being cleaned out. This was not his first visit with them, so why were they just cleaning his ears out?! Not to mention, I had to take off work just to take him to the vet, and then also had to take him to 2 follow-ups to make sure they were healing correctly. I lost money between taking off work more than once and paying for his visits and the medication to fix the double yeast infection. February 14, 2020 GTG did not groom Scout’s head at all. When I picked him and Sophia up, I was then told that they had a hard time keeping him calm this time to groom his head. Okay, fine. A call would’ve been nice since I’m paying for a full service, but whatever. April 23, 2020 Sophia’s grooming was fine. Her fur under her jaw was a little uneven, but it was nothing serious. Scout, however: -Legs were not groomed -Belly was not groomed -You can see clear markings of where the trimmer came across his rib cage and then abruptly stopped -Private parts not groomed (husband and I had to trim the fur around the area ourselves because some of it had gotten wound up inside his boy parts and could’ve potentially been cutting off circulation) -Scout’s head had 3-4 different lengths of fur just on top -Scout’s cheeks and chin were all different lengths -Ears not done (Trudy made sure to say in a condescending tone that she was told not to do it by our vet. We were never notified and they still charged full price for his visit, just like every other visit.) So, in totality, his full body is a mess. His ears were shaved down to absolutely nothing because he had a knot behind each ear, which was because his head had not been groomed at the prior grooming. When I asked Trudy if she was offering to correct his grooming because I wouldn’t be receiving a refund, despite the fact that I told her I wasn’t comfortable coming back, she responded “no ma’am.” So then I asked her when I could get the refund for him, and she cut me off and said “I don’t do refunds. I will fix his cut for you. You can watch me fix it through the door if you want.” I again told her I’M NOT COMFORTABLE and that I don’t have time to bring him by because I have work, too. Trudy: “Well if you have a few minutes, you can bring him by and I’ll fix it for you, but I do not do refunds. I will not be refunding you.” Me: “I’ve already told you I’m not comfortable with bringing him by. You had him for 6 hours already-“ *click* Trudy hung up on me. My husband Zach tried calling after she hung up on, and she keeps sending him to voicemail. When you’re paying $119 + tip every 6-8 weeks for grooming, it shouldn’t be this chaotic.

Dropped my girl off this morning around 7:45 and got a text confirming she was done at 10:30! Super quick and it wasn’t super expensive! She looks so feminine and her toenails are cut neatly. They even had a bandana that was sewn together and wraps around her collar instead of tied around her neck! Overall very pleased! Will be coming back!

Trudy and her staff at Golden Touch Grooming are absolutely wonderful to work with! They are all so friendly and welcoming. And it comforts me to know that they love and treat my boys as they would their own. My boys go willingly to the groomer (which says a lot); and when I pick them up, they look absolutely beautiful, and smell and feel so clean. Thank you, Golden Touch, for everything you do for the boys. You always go above and beyond!

OMG! This is the best grooming job Sparkles has “EVER” had. Hands down. She looks more like a girl rather than a boy. Thank you Golden Touch Grooming for getting Sparkles in so quickly and doing a “FANTASTIC” job. We are definitely coming back “PERMANENTLY!” Sparkles is just such a cute Shi-Tzu and I am so glad I called Golden Touch.

With as busy as summer has been I slacked on brushing Skye out like you’re supposed to, BUT we tried Golden Touch Grooming today, I will never take Skye anywhere else. Our girl’s tail has NEVER looked this full and beautiful, and the employees were all so sweet and Skye was beyond happy when i picked her up. 10/10 recommend them to anyone!

I love this groomer, every groomer here show genuine love and pride in what they do. I have several breeds of dogs a standard poodle, a pug ( may he rest in peace) a weenie, and now a labradoodle. These ladies never disappoint. My pooches always smell great, look great and never have anxiety about coming to the groomers. I have grooming nightmare stories and somehow God brought me to Golden Touch and I will forever be grateful. I will not take my fur babies anywhere else. My dogs think this is a special treat when grooming day comes ..thank you ladies for what you do, my family and my sweet for babies adore you guys ! Thank You Trudy and Marisha for taking such good care of my dog. She look beautiful and smells good. Her hot spot condition is almost gone due to the fact of the advice I received from you. Apple cider vinegar works!! We"ve been dealing with this for years Thank You !!!!
