Great exotic vet! Got in really quick and it wasn’t expensive at all! Great clinic!

I am a 2nd generation client, choosing Baeyens~Haulk because my mom trusted her dogs to them also. Even when they have no appointments available, they work very hard to get the pet in. I have recommended B/H to people looking for a good vet and will continue to do so.

I called trying to get assistance from this clinic. I simply asked if I could provide a prescription from my Vet for a drug needed for my ill puppy, I also had my Vet request the drug directly. The person that answered the phone could have cared less what was wrong super rude just said we don’t provide prescriptions without seeing the pet. These people are obviously all about money disgusting. Horrible operation!

Dr. Baeyans became my "go-to" vet when I had a pet raccoon 20+ years ago. Baeyans and staff have taken care of all of my pets since.

We carried Buddy to the vet to be neutered. They were all really nice to us and he did well with the surgery. The doctor called and explained everything in lots of detail about what to expect and thing’s to watch out for! Awesome group of people!

She took great care of my snake. She was egg bound. She called and told me what was going on and the price of everything before it was done. I appreciate that! My snake is doing great now and the eggs seem to be doing fine as well! Super greatfull! I wish they had an office in Bryant but totally worth the drive!

I have been taking both of my pups to the Argenta location for the past 6 months or so. Our first visit was for a terrible GI infection that had both dogs extremely sick, thankfully they got it cleared up within a couple days after our visit. They have been fantastic each time we have gone! They're always quick to get us in for an appointment, getting through their exams, and finding a good treatment for my pups. They have also been one of the only vets that doesn't break the bank when we go! I'm so thankful my family has found them, Baeyens Hauk is now our go to vet.

Miracle workers and they treat you and your pet as family, not sources of income. 1. Saved my friend's six week old puppies from parvo. 2. Allowed me to have someone pick up my dog from treatment without pay because I was dealing with a sudden death in my family and allowed me to come back and pay at my convenience. 3. Sent cards to me by mail expressing condolences for the loss of dog. 4. Honest and up-front about all charges on bills. Will do what they can to get the bills lowered if they find away to get a discount or rebate, even after the fact. If you love your animal and want them to get the best possible treatment, this is the vet.

Dr. Baeyens is great with my bearded dragon!

I took my rabbit, Coconut, to get spayed here last Friday and they were very reasonable in their pricing! They even helped get rid of a mat she had near her tail when I asked. They had initially given me an estimate of $300-$350 for the spay, so I was going in thinking that it could be even more than that (maybe even $400). The whole procedure (and the pain meds they prescribed for her afterwards) ended up being $280!! Very affordable considering rabbits are considered exotic pets. She's been making a good recovery so far and seems to be feeling herself already. Will definitely be coming back if my little lady needs anything else! :)

Awesome won't go anywhere else

I HATE this vet clinic. Saw several doctors, who all gave me a different diagnosis for my dog. My dog also is on a prescription of Apoqyel and is needed every month. Every time I go, they want more $ for the same script. To top it off, when I ask questions the doctors seem annoyed. I just called to ask about a bill and when I said I'd review it and call back, the little front desk girl just hung up on me. I will be switching vets. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE! THEY NICKEL AND DIME YOU!

I love Baeyens-Hauk. I deal with Dr. Katie Baeyens and I’ve known her since before she opened up this practice. I am so grateful for her and her staff. They’re so friendly, informative, and helpful. I had previously been using a cheaper vet for a period of time bc I was having money issues then. But the cheaper vet absolutely ripped me off and didn’t actually treat my dog like they said they did. It caused additional problems that were much worse than they should’ve been bc they took my money and didn’t actually treat the problem... and I’m fairly sure, traumatizing my dog in the process. My dog is a terror at the vet and groomers. She is a rescue and doesn’t trust strangers at all. When trying to bring her in for exam, instead of forcing their way through the exam (as they could’ve; she is pretty small) they called me and let me know it would be too stressful to continue without some kind of sedative to make everything more comfortable for everyone. She did pretty well on the prescription they gave; they sedated her and did the exam and the treatment she needed all in one go - very quickly. They considered the needs of my dog and didn’t push her. Dr. Baeyens called me personally to inform me of what was going on during the procedure. I very much appreciated feeling like they care and that they are thinking of the needs of my dog. They’re not the cheapest in town (like the rip off vets), but their work is above and beyond so it is most definitely worth the price. They set the bar extremely high and I won’t go anywhere else anymore.

Very good! The vet I normally use was booked and recommended I call Baeyens Hauk. Super easy to book the appointment and was able to drop off early. Dr. Hauk called and explained what was done and what's next for my cat. My first time was top notch.
