If u r animal need erays etc & u ask to payments the manager will tell u no pay up & leave...not in them words I saw the dark side its all about the money they don't care about the health of animals. If u have a problem with them they won't answer the phone after they have ur money

Love the staff and Dr.Bryant,is a great Vet.and works so good with your animals.We lived a hour away now from where he is at and will still drive for him to take care of our animals????????

Many years ago, they told me I could pick my cat up at 5:00 when I got off the work. When I got up there the business was closed down. That was many years ago but it's still upset me to no end. Dr Harry Bryant is a short, fat, male chauvinist pig. Probably got his license out of a cracker box!

Best vet clinic we have had for our families fur baby/babies. We've been going to EE Animal Clinic for abt 9 years now and do like and appreciate Dr. Bryant and his staff as well. Thank you! Would recommend absolutely!

The staff is so friendly. My dog Sadie has special needs and is in a wheelchair. After addressing our issue they also gave me helpful and useful tips to better address our special needs.

Dr Bryan is really good with your pets and helps people however he can.

Walk-in for overdue nail trim, and without hesitation or required appointment setting... Blam!!! Chloe's toenails were beautifully trimmed

Very clean, we were seen within a timely manner, the vet was very thorough with what was going on with my dog. We will not go anywhere else now that we have tried East End Animal Care!

The people are friendly and it used to be a good vet but I quit taking my dog there because after seeing my dog for 6 years they randomly started muzzleing him for NO reason, he showed no aggression or anything

Very accommodating. We had to cancel our appointment a few hours before the scheduled time; they were very understanding and rescheduled us. We had tried the Cloverdale Animal Hospital, which is less than five minutes away from where we live. But the shorter drive is not worth the horrendous "care" (for lack of a better word) that we were given. Long story short, after having to wait in an overcrowded waiting room with people who had overlapping appointment times during the COVID-19 outbreak, we then had to wait even longer in an exam room to see a vet there cared only for money, not animals, giving our boy less than substandard care, leading to our dog's death two days later due to not receiving proper medication. East End Animal Care is over a half hour away, but I would drive for 48 hours nonstop to ensure my pets receive quality care from people who actually like animals and see people instead of dollar signs, which is what I get here. The staff is very kind and doesn't make you sit and wait an hour. You are in and out of there quickly, yet you still feel like your pet was thoroughly examined and received proper care and/or treatment.

There is nothing more difficult than deciding best steps when your pet is failing. We appreciate how we were treated during this time. We also are grateful for reasonable prices and wise guidance with our other pets. Love everyone here!

They are great with my pets

This is an awesome vet. All the employees are very caring people. They did everything they could to save my service dog. I recommend them to anyone. I've been going there for about 15 years.

Doc is great. They love animals and go above and beyond to help in crisis.

3 dogs of various ages and breeds got their nails clipped within 30 minutes for a decent price. Friendly staff.

All the people there are really helpful and it's clean the only down part is I think they are a little expensive.
