Lovely staff and my animals love them.

They care for animals but they CARE more about money.

Wonderful caring vet and staff. Helped us with our three legged cat, Bunny. The prices were reasonable. The advice spot on. Hopefully the medications will work. If you are looking for a cat they have a LOT of cats some available for adoption. Some special needs. (Like my Bunny).

They are good at what they do

I took my cavy puppies in for an umbilical cord hernia repair. They took them in on time and brought them out on time and charged what they said it would cost. The whole staff was extremely friendly. Everything was clean. I felt good about leaving my babies there. I was very pleased.

I'm very please with these guys! It's a day before Christmas Eve and my pup was peeing blood. I called around to 4 different surrounding towns and no one would get us in. Hicks Animal got us in no problem! They were very quick with my baby bc we dropped her off. The doctor called me to inform me of what was going on with my dog and she seemed so caring, informative, relatable. They didn't feed me with a bunch of b.s trying to get me to spend more money like some have done in the past. I would suggest this place to anyone that's in need of a new doctor for sure!

Couldn't get no one on the phone, and it was a major emergency.Not good for business.

You can tell that they really love animals. They even have full time residents :) I took my rabbit to get fixed and it was a great experience! All the workers were awesome!

Went in to get my dog fixed and they said it would only cost more if she was pregnant, which she was not, then charged me $57 for her being in heat or pregnant, when again, she wasn’t.

No issues with anything. The animals running loose had a calming effect on Jasper

Always friendly and very helpful in receiving over the counter or even prescription medications for pets and livestock. One of the cheeper places in town to spay or neuter.

This is my beautiful amazing big loving boy and if I hadn’t found the Hicks Veterinarian late one night after another so call veterinarian told me to take him to Jonesboro on a cold wintery night my baby would have died. So to the Dr. Hicks and the staff I give you my up most Sincere thank you. I was treated with the concern as if he were their fur baby and that meant everything to me. Thank you!!

Dr. Hicks was very knowledgeable about the issues with my dog. Very comfortable and clean accommodations. All their staff was kind and courteous. I highly recommend them for all my animals care.

I am a disabled veteran who had no choice, but to bring my service dog to a vet. They initially said they wouldn’t even see my dog. And my fience mentioned that he was a previously. Then they were willing to discuss taking care of my service dog. They have been rude and disrespectful throughout the entire situation. I added a photo of my service dog so people can see

They are so professional and friendly. Dr. Hicks is very busy, but makes you feel important. She is truly in her element. She was born to be a vet. She is caring and compassionate! Wouldn’t use anyone else.
