Dr Clayton was very professional, gave us all of our options clearly and let us pick the best one for us. We are very pleased with our experience. 10/10 would go again!

Dr Clayton and her entire staff are amazing. We have 2 dogs one pup one senior, I'm great place with a great staff.

I adopted my dog when he was 6 and did not know his full health history. Memphis Animal Clinic has risen to the challenge of sorting out the health problems that began when he was a stray, particularly his anxiety. They go above and beyond to make sure he is comfortable during our visits. He is almost 13 now and I trust MAC to help me care for him through his senior years.

What a great group of professionals! I have a rescue that is afraid of anything out of ordinary. The staff went above and beyond to try to make sure her experience was as stress free as possible. Even used peanut butter to help calm her. They even suggested bringing in Annie for a “Happy Visit” whenever we were in neighborhood to make her feel more at ease. This is not a cookie cutter clinic! It’s so comforting to take Annie to them because they cater to her needs (and to mine).

Having worked with Dr Clayton before as a Rescue Foster, I know her to be a very caring and thorough Vet. I wasn’t disappointed with this visit either. My personal dogs mean the world to me.

No matter when I bring my dog there he knows where he is at. He loves the staff there and I know they love him also. If the staff feels as if it is something by dog needs they let me know right away. I love them.

I really love Memphis Animal clinic. I ran in there on a Saturday without an appointment hoping they could squeeze me in for a heartworm shot for my pup. They were busy but got her taken care of right away. They are very caring and I trust them with my furkids 100%.

The staff here is incredible!!!! They not only work as a team but can handle any emergency that comes their way, even something as small as emergency boarding. Y’all should be incredibly proud of all the hard work you do everyday. It doesn’t go unnoticed.

Everyone was so nice and interested in my pets and me. They listened carefully and made thoughtful proactive suggestions. I needed a second opinion on a positive heart worm test, but I ended up finding a great clinic that will be my primary vet from now on! The pandemic has been a crazy time to find a new vet, but MAC has managed to maintain extremely personal service despite "curbside" restrictions. I have four dogs. Each has been treated and groomed at MAC. Every visit has been efficient and positive.

Everyone that we spoke with at the clinic was amazing! It was our first time there. They were obviously very busy that day, but they still took the time to take very good care of our big baby and explain every detail of his check up and his upcoming treatments. We drove all the way from Jonesboro based off of the recommendation of our dog trainer and we are so glad we did. They did an amazing job for just a tiny fraction of the cost other clinics wanted to charge!

My cat was seen due to a broken arm. Surgery was recommended and I'm going forward with one of the surgeons I was referred to. The staff moved quickly to address my emergency situation, which I greatly appreciate. I have not received the email with my cat's x-ray, which the doctor will need to see tomorrow. I have little issue with requesting the email from the office. However, I do not understand why her broken arm was not splinted before her release.

They seem to have a lot of clients which speaks well of their business. Sometimes, though, I feel like it's incumbent on me to get the staff up to speed on things that I would hope were well-documented in my pets charts. That being said, John's the man (and a great pet sitter, too).

We have had a wonderful experience with our 2 dogs!

left message at 3pm Friday 4/09 for Dr. Kathy Johnson and never returned call. Had to call Saturday and asked to speak with her, got to to techs in the office. Said to take her to Animal Emergency Clinic. No so like her, so disappointed, have been with her for over 6 years.

We are sure there have been great stories about this veterinary office. but not in our case. Vet never returned calls, we had a very sick pet. They do not seem to be very experienced vet doctors. The life of our pet could have been saved if they took the time to do a thorough exam. Very Incompetent. They should have done basic assessment of our pet, instead the pet suffered and went hungry. If you love your pets as much as we do, please take them to a more savvy Doctor. The only reason they got 2 stars is because the vet techs were professional and friendly.

My dog has had issues being groomed by other places but with the Memphis Animal Clinic he had a very nice experience and was a very happy pup. They did a good job.
