Hollywood Feed Olive Branch, Arkansas

Stopped in today to look for something for my two new puppies. I have 5 dogs and have spent a lot of time with this brand but today I was a little put of by the rude comments of the staff. Maybe they were overwhelmed by the stock that needed to be put away I was almost ran into twice by team putting stuck away and cut in front of more than once. If you see a guest is looking at something on the shelf it is clearly not ok to walk in front while caring stock more appropriate would be to walk around behind them but I let that go. Then there was a female employee wearing a wonder woman face covering that after asking if needed help twice and I replied no I’m just looking finally said what do you need? Your just wondering around! Then followed up by the other employee maybe he is here to inspect us and to make sure we are a great dog food store! What kind of interaction is this? And why would you want to make your patrons feel like they are in the way by nearly running them over or making a comment of your just wondering around. So job well done I will add. I decided you didn’t deserve my purchase and wondered on out to spend my money elsewhere!

A bit pricey, but big variety!

The employees are so helpful here. Great products for my 3 dogs and Hollywood feed even guarantees their products. No hassle if it doesn't work bring it back even if you've used it. Haven't has to do that yet but it's nice to know they stand behind what they sale.

I purchased two Happy Birthday bone cookies and my fur babies loved them! It was a nice treat for them and I enjoyed watching them eat it them. The store is always clean and staff is friendly and helpful.
