I am always amazed at the knowledgeable customer service associates I encounter at every Hollywood Feed store here in Memphis. Associates are also extremely polite and helpful

This is the primarily the main Hollywood Feed that I go to I needed to get some c b d pain reliever which I knew that they would have it temporarily for my cat who was attacked by a next door neighbor's dog thank God for them because they usually have things always readily available and therefore very close to home when there's a great staff that works there and knowledgeable as well

Unprofessional services. When you order something it not completely correct for the next shift. Then no follow-up on when order is mail. #needsimproving #badcustomerservices

Customer service is their #1 feature. They are not the cheapest for pet supplies, but if you want personal service, knowledgeable staff, advice, people that love animals then this is the place to go. All the staff I've met have pets. They meet & greet you at the door and will personally usher you to the products which you are interested. They can look up your past orders if you can't remember what you purchased before. They give back to the local community.

Went in to get kitty litter box and kitty litter, 30 seconds in a lady asked If she could help us and showed us where they were. I got to pet so many dogs, the ones they have up for adoption are so sweet. If I worked here I would take them all home. The staff are amazing and very friendly. I would definitely recommend this store.

The people at Hollywood Feed are always helpful from the minute you walk in !!! This trip Brandon helped me find lotion to help my dogs itch I didn't question his choice because I trust him and all of the personal at Hollywood!!! I recommend them often!

This place is the best. . Great variety with a very knowledgeable and incredibly friendly and helpful staff. . . I think it's funny too when I go buy a 50lb. Bag of food, and there is nothing but people half my size in there and they still ask if I want help carrying it out to my car. . . I LOVE this place :)

As I recall, I never actually went in to make a purchase. I was simply using their property to check Facebook. One day when I get a dog...I'll be back.

I called about my dog's pinch collar and Brandon answered the phone. Brandon gave excellent customer service on the phone and in person. He was able to fix her pinch collar. I was in / out in timely manner. When I was waiting for him to help me I noticed the other employees giving great customer service to the other customers. When I walked in I was greeted immediately by a female and Male. I thought the male was Brandon. The female went in the back to get him for me. I highly recommend Hollywood feed as they truly believe in customer service !! Keep up the AWESOME job !! ????????????????

Always helpful + great customer service. They have grain as well as grain-free options, are very knowledgeable about their stock, & always offer to help you to your car if your purchase is heavy. Their prices are good, your pets are happy, and you get to support a local business. Win-win! I recently bought their Salmon oil for my dog's skin problem (German Shepherd mix). He didn't have fleas (PetVax verified this), but his skin was so itchy! They explained the high omega 3 concentration in salmon oil might help, so I tried it. His skin cleared up and his fur looks a-ma-zing! ♥️ This place Update: Will do, thanks!
