I came in with concerns of my new pup that I haven’t owned a month yet of excessive vomiting in a 2 hour period and it was brushed off by Dr Hunter, I raised a concern about her itching and scratching may be a part of her diet and no info was given on what to feed her, recommendations, other than “it’s normal”, but she was sure to give me handouts on plenty of services that require money. I feel like I paid for nothing and I still feel very weary of my pet. She’s everything to me and I’m still left worrying without shelling out more dollars for her to be seen elsewhere. What a shame to be so nonchalant and uncaring !

I missed my original appointment, but the staff at Interstate were extremely accommodating and made arrangements for me to be rescheduled quickly. The visit went off without a hitch and my kitties are happily exploring their new home! Thanks, Interstate!

IAC is awesome! They always do a great job with our babies! (No matter how good or bad they may be ????). They suggested a diet last year to improve both their overall health,we put them on it immediately. Now after a year or so they are both down 2-3 pounds! Which we learned can defiantly be the difference in fit or "obese" cats. Will defiantly be using them as long as we live in the area.

One of our fur babies had been diagnosed with kennel cough by us telling the veterinarian her symptoms. The veteran would not allow her to come into the office to be examined. After 6 weeks of being on antibiotics & steroids she was no better. I called Interstate Animal Clinic & explained my situation & we were given an appointment that day. I was given a very detailed explanation of what could possibly be going on with her & the possible treatments. We have completed the first suggestion of treatment & now moving on to the next. I am so happy that Interstate Animal Clinic was willing to allow me to bring our fur baby into the office to be examined properly. As a result of their willingness to see & treat our dog, we have moved the care of all of our dogs to Interstate Animal Clinic. Everyone is so nice when we walk in & throughout our visit.

They managed to get us in the same day when we found a stray we wanted to take home. Everyone was so polite, helpful, and kind! Jasper looks forward to coming back!

It's unprofessional is to have a sign requiring patrons to wear masks, and the office staff does not follow suit. I took my dog here when my regular vet was closed. Here is what you can expect. The office visit is more than 2 and a half times more expensive than what I have paid in any state, EVER. $84. My dog had symptoms of UTI and a specimen was not taken or suggested. The vet mentioned extra tests such as blood work, and ultrasounds which I declined. (my dog had nausea and dry heaves as well). My dog was given 2 shots at almost $30 a pop, and then an oral antibiotic. (with no urine specimen taken) This is overkill and $80 for meds for a UTI is ridiculous. The oral antibiotic probably would suffice, but my dog also "needed" 2 shots worth $60. If you have to go here, you better have deep pockets. They probably only use this ploy on one-timers, which is why you see all the positive reviews. It is sad to take advantage of people on fixed incomes by these practices. Yes, due to shortages, you can get away with this. I rarely write a negative review. "Buyer Beware" no longer just applies to car dealerships.

We have been to this veterinarian clinic 3 times since February 9th 2021. 2 of those visits were for flight certificates to fly a puppy to their new family. The first puppy she missed a heart murmur that almost took his life after flying. The second puppy was yesterday July the 21, 2021. This puppy she tried to say had mange or some type of mites. We asked her to do a skin scrape to check to make sure of what it is. He had a rash on his belly. On the puppy report she didn't list the skin scrape she did because it was negative but she wouldn't let the puppy fly because of a heat rash. Wow, blows my mind. Anyway, my client wanted to make sure that the puppy wouldnt be bringing something home to their pets that are already there. Makes since right. Well the receptionist or nurse one told my client that we refused the skin scrape. A huge LIE. So we ofcourse get them on the phone with us and our client so we could straighten this out. So we talk to the actual Dr. That did the exam and she told our client. The truth that the skin scrape was done and that he was negative. I will not be back to this facility ever again. Worst place ever. They even didnt do all of the paperwork needed to fly for the first puppy. They also prescribed a flea and tick med for a 22-44 pound dog. The puppy weighed 15.2 pounds. He didn't have any parasites that they c could find. Makes no since to me.

This is the absolute worst clinic I have ever had to deal with. They do not care about the animals that come through their door and are not thorough or educated enough to be in business. Don’t wants your money or risk your pets health.

Visit wasn't too expensive considering all the tests and boosters they did. In and out in great time. Location is right off the highway which is convenient. For some reason I could sense some hostility from the vet. I believe this is cause I was unable to pay for some of their recommendations being very low income.

Treated both my dogs very well and was able to get them in quickly. Reasonably priced services. The only down side I would say is they don't do over night care.

Amber is seriously a God sent. I cannot praise her enough. Whatever she makes is not enough and she deserves the biggest raise. We had a puppy dropped off on our door no idea where it came from. It had a ruptured hernia and it's insides where on the outside. We had no idea where to go to get this newborn puppy some help. We went to our vet first in Cabot and they absolutely refused to help. However, Amber, was the most compassionate, caring and helpful person for the job. She put us at ease and helped the puppy to where he is no longer suffering. I will now only recommend Interstate Animal Clinic and I will be bringing my dogs here.

A great place with great folks. I live nearby and walk our pet by the building on occasion. One of the wonderful ladies will always come out and give my dog a treat. They always call to check on your pet after a visit to the clinic.

This office was fantastic for an emergency visit! We had a parvo scare with our pup and they were amazing with him. We came back after his tummy problems settled down to get him caught up on vaccines.

This staff and the Dr. were absolutely wonderful. They were so kind to work my Rikki in on short notice. His diagnosis was quick, his meds (including pain meds for a UTI) were thorough. This clinic is my new vet!
