We used them the first time when our dog needed updated shots. We hadn't used them before and last tike our dog was at a vet she was sedated. The ladies there and the Dr was amazing and kind. Out dog was scared but they gave her exactly what she needed to feel safe and comfortable. Definitely recommend them.

We’ve always had good luck with Petcare until the last time we brought our dog in to be sedated to have his ears packed and nails clipped. Not only did they not treat his ears they cut one of his nails so short that he bled all over the place and he hasn’t been the same since he got home. Once we got home we noticed a huge sore on his face thats turned into something that appears to be staff and when we called to tell Pet care about this emergency they told us to just come get some spray that it was probably a hotspot so now we are taking him to the emergency vet to actually be treated if a vet doesn’t want to take on a client he needs to be honest with the owners and not let the pet suffer.

Rated 2 only because the vet was nice and took good care of our fury family members. But, the staff are rude and unprofessional. I tried this vet in the hopes of finding reasonable prices, that would also take good care of my pets. My bill did not reflect reasonable prices. I just as well could have take them to the previous vet because even with pricey meds and shots, I know that the staff, and not just the vet, love what they do and love animals. The same cannot be said for this staff. And, let’s face it, that is worth a few extra dollars. My bad for choosing price over performance! It won’t happen again-and we will not be going back.

For cheapest boarding around, check them out. Be wary, they wear that badge with honor. Picked up our little old man caked in feces.

The Dr was super nice but he had one staff member who was horrible! She was tacky the whole time I just feel like if you don't like your job working with people or animals you shouldn't do this type of job as far as the vet I feel like he is nice but is to quick and doesn't take the right amount of time tallkig to you he is in and out and he should work on one staff members all around care and attuide when caring for animals and the owners but the other staff seemed friendly and helpful but don't feel like this is the vet for us !

I called yesterday afternoon because my dog had an ear infection. They made an appointment for first thing this morning. We did a new patient intake, my dog was examined and treated all within 15 minutes. It was the best vet experience.

My grandmother had to say goodbye to her best friend and her normal vet was out of town so I called around and this vet got us in quickly. She said the whole staff was extremely professional and wonderful during the process.

I could not have ask for a more friendly place! Also pricing is affordable!

They took both my Huskies in and took great care of them. After being boarded for a week, the dogs were well fed,healthy, and happy! I highly recommend the staff there to take care of your fur babies.

First visit today. Quickly taken back to room and seen in less than 10 minutes. All questions were answered with clearly. Staff is friendly and efficient and I felt confident in the direction I was given. I highly recommend this clinic!

I have had Dr Zimmerman and his staff taking care of my pup Bear since his first exam over a year and a half. Bear had to be put down Sunday January 3rd 2021 due to a fungal disease. Dr. Zimmerman and his staff are the most professional and caring I have ever seen. I appreciate everything they did and tried to do for Bear. I highly recommend them.

My dog is getting older and appeared injured (until we pulled up). They still looked her over, took my concerns in stride, and came up with reasonable course of action. They were reasonably priced, and did not try to load us up with more medications/ shots/ labs/ etc. than required!
