Dr Boyd and Dr Smith are the most patient and concerned vets ever. No one else touches my babies.

Great Vet, the staff and Dr. Boyd are awesome. They truly care about our pups!

Dr.Boyds office is awesome,him and his entire staff are wonderful,we have took every pet we've ever had to us office,they really have a love for animals and the wonderful job they do.

Dr. Boyd and his staff are wonderful. After a terrible experience with another vet in town I went to him years ago and never looked back. So gentle and down to earth. I'd give him more stars if they were available.

The care and concern that he shows for the animals is heartwarming. Dr Boyd is a very good man and exceptional veterinarian

Boyd is always helpful, nice to our pets, and has reasonable prices. I recommend this place.

We were worried something serious was going on with our daschhound but every vet we called was full and wouldn't fit us in. Boyd's fit us in and took care of our dog. I loved that they are up front with the cost and aren't trying to milk every penny out of people.

Boyd Veterinary Clinic is the best clinic I have ever used. I trust them with care for all of my pets. They have an amazing staff and they are so thorough with every exam. 10/10 recommend them!

Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I wasn't able to go inside and this was my first visit. Otherwise, the one staff member I dealt with was very nice. They got our cat in for a drop off appt the day I called. Our 10 yr old cat had what appeared to be maybe a swollen cyst on his back side. The vet said it was a swollen/infected anal gland (yuck). He was treated with an antibiotic injection and pain medication. I noticed he felt much better this morning. The other great part was I didn't feel like I was paying to put someone's kid through college.

Great staff took great care of my cat ???? and stay little bit late for me to pick him up.

New to the area and use them after they were recommended for services. Really glad we did. Great staff, friendly and above and beyond. Cost for service was outstanding. We will be a regular customer. Check them out????

We really enjoyed this clinic until this year when we tried to order Bravecto (medicine for tick and other bugs, available only through vet clinics) for our dog. We were told that we would get a call as soon as it arrived. We waited for 3 months, frequently calling back and in the meantime giving our dog topical medicine, which wasn't effective. Our dog has had several tick bites since then. When I would call the clinic they would act surprised that I was waiting for their call back. Initially, they had acted like the arrival of this medicine was imminent, but then when I would follow up they would tell me to just wait for their call, and never called me. I wish they would have just told me to not wait for the Bravecto instead of wasting 3 months of having my dog unprotected from tick bites. Needless to say, we are switching vet clinics. I called them to explain the reason and they seemed to not be bothered by my experience. I want to be at a clinic where there is better follow-up, communication and care.

Our pup loves coming here and all of the staff are great and caring towards our dog

Rude staff that can't seem to coordinate with the customer or doc. Didnt seem to have any issues with the doc. for the first few appointments. However the business has shaken my confidence in them. With the inability to correct my address after being told multiple times I don't live in Jacksonville. This isn't my address. The clear disregard for our consent. Ignoring when they are told we have a specific time frame we can make it, if that doesn't work we will reschedule, then getting mad and being rude when we tell them give our cats back. Giving us the wrong bill/receipt and refusing to correct themselves telling us "don't come back". Not the way I thought they'd behave when I first came here. I can no longer trust them. Will seek another vet.

Had to take my cat in for an eye infection. Had never used Boyd before today but I will be using them from now on. They were wonderful with my baby.

My beloved cat, Ding-Ding, had a an abcess on his jaw and Dr. Boyd's office took wonderful care of him. Normally Ding despises men because he was severely abused before I rescued him. Dr. Boyd and staff both commented that he was a perfect gentleman. My little guy must have felt comfortable with them. I did not think the cost was that expensive for same day care to get my fuzz butt taken care of. Ding now has his own "Puddy-a-trician" and I trust them with my guy! Thank you Dr. Boyd and staff! Feline preens and tuna dreams!

The staff was very nice and seemed genuinely interested in my dog.

Everyone there are kind and caring. Cost is much more affordable than previous vet I used. My chi's get great care there.
