Misdiagnosed my dog and after 2 calls asking for suggestions, they told me they would call me back and never did. She got worse after what they did and died. I get the feeling they are not animal people.

The staff is friendly and I thought the prices for inoculating and spaying my cat were reasonable. I'll be back.

Eric Bruechner & his staff are awesome!!!! He saved my Honey she had a bad nearly fatal reaction to an insect sting & Eric kept me informed every step of the way.

We came from the Dallas area and we had a good vet there, but Dr. Bruechner is wonderful. Let start with the front desk. Barbara is FANTASTIC. She has always been so helpful when we go in and always set up whatever we need. The staff is awesome! They are all so friendly and wonderful people. I would not want another vet as long as we have our dogs. We rescued some dogs and he helped get them vaccinated and ready to adopt and on top of that he only charged us for the one puppy we were going to keep. AWESOME PLACE.

Very unprofessional. Unfriendly receptionist. Had an emergency situation 4 days after been seen and called in morning and gave they us apt at 3 pm. Called again to tell them the pet was failing, gave us a 2pm apt. Pet passed hour before apt. Very sad. After spending $152 no follow up call to find out how the pets were doing with meds administered or how second pet was doing. They did not care at all. All about the money. Note: left kittens unattended in a carrier box where one was getting ready to leap out. We had to rush to the animal. We were not allowed in room. I have a credit there but don't even care to go back and get it.

This is definitely the best vet to go to in my opinion. Very sweet team they have and they will do anything they can to help not just you but your animals and that's the greatest part about it. I love this vet and I will never go to a different one. This place has my heart and my animal's.

Dr. Bruechner has been taking care of my cats for the past 15 yrs or so, and even when I lived in Dallas I'd make the drive back to Mt. Pleasant for my cats' care. He is amazing!
