I have had my dog groomed here several times and they have always done a great job and the staff is very friendly and nice.

Eric and Logan (I think) assisted me with questions I had about my recently adopted chameleon with mbd. They were kind and patient and went above and beyond to ensure my baby had everything she needed to thrive.

Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff, and willingness to let me browse. Quality products, too!

Made appointments for 2 dogs to get grooming services. When I called the woman making appointments never said anything about bringing vet records or shot records. When I got my text message reminder it said Nothing about bringing info. They knew I was new customer. When I came to drop them I thought I would be able to go straight to work. Nope I was refused services and had to go all the way back home to take them home before work. So inconvenient. When a simple conversation hey your new. Your gonna have to have papers. Could have been said. Thank for making my first experience my last.

This petco is very clean, the staff is always friendly and they seam to be pretty well stocked with merchandise. Petco stores in general are just a little over priced though compared to other local stores. But we still love the store and shop more often when there are sales or due to the rewards app.

Went there to see if the water for our fish tank was right the worker who helped us was very knowledgeable and explained everything that we needed to know. Unfortunately I did not get the employee's name though.

Staff is very sweet..they love their furry customers..they do great service..love Petco

An amazing team of groomers. The always do an amazing job with out dogs. Tida goes above and beyond to comfort our old big baby of a dog and always does an outstanding job. Jannis went above and beyond when we adopted a hot mess of a goldendoodle, with severely matted hair. She made her look beautiful. Both our dogs are in love with their groomers and get excited to go visit them. Thanks for being so great to our babies.

Clean store, helpful staff & good prices

Petco positivity training is awesome. And this is the 2nd time my dog was groomed there and the groomer is amazing!

I have been a loyal customer since 2015 but lately the value of the brand isn't there anymore. I go to multiple locations and they all have the same problems. Yesterday the Millington location only had 2 bags of what I feed my pet and neither were the particular flavor I wanted, and it seems like every time I come in there's been another reset to the shelves and I have to go on an Easter egg hunt to find my preferred brand. For the price I pay there should be a little more convenience.

While the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, inventory seemed to be an issue and most of what we came to get were either sold out, not available, or not stocked on the shelf yet. Otherwise, the store was great and clean, plus I loved seeing the other animals there!

Clean store, knowledgeable staff, an excellent selection of all things pet-related.

I want to give them credit, as they are short staffed, but everyone I dealt with had good customer service skills, you have to have an open mind right now, not there fault that people don't want to work. I guess I'm saying everywhere I've been, is having employee problems and they are still trying hard to do the best they can with the staff they have.

The clerk was extremely helpful and helped me find a limited diet for my cat. Even though they were closing I wasn't rushed and he took time to help me find what I needed.

Im giving 2 stars because the groomer was polite, however this is the worse grooming I’ve ever seen on my golden doodle. There is uneven bald spots, he has hair behind one ear and not the other, his ears have literally three layers of length (why), about four strings of long hair is still hanging above his nose… I can go on and on. I had to really analyze him when we got home. He went somewhere else, for his first puppy cut; but their appointments were pushed back very far, I should have just waited. Now I have to call them to try to clean this! For over 80 bucks, they must do better. You can’t just shave and cut and send dogs home this way.
