The staff at Pet Vax East is so friendly and caring. They love on your baby pet as if it is their own. They are soothing to the animals. I love not only the care shown to my Lola but also to me. They address all of your concerns and explains in detail why they offer the treatment that they do. I love Pet Vax East!

I absolutely love the staff and they genuinely care about what they do . The care and comfort they gave my fur baby Red and newborn pup was awesome . Even the reassuring me that she was going to be okay and if I needed anything to may contact with them.

I have always had good experiences at PetVax. Dr Lynn is great with my cats. I trust her and the staff. I just had to leave one of my cats there overnight, as much as I hated to it was necessary but I knew he'd be ok. He's home now and getting better thanks to the crew at PetVax.

I've been using Petvax East for several years now. They have always been professional and caring, especially towards an overprotective dog mom who likes to ask a lot of questions. Dr. Lynn is by far the best vet I have ever used. She not only provides excellent care for your pet, she also takes the time to talk you through every concern either of you may have, while also showing compassion when the answers are not what you may want to hear. You can tell she truly cares about the animals she see. Petvax East is also very understanding about the cost of the more in-depth care your pet may need, and acknowledge that you may not be able to pay for expensive treatments or tests every time you come in. They will walk you through why they recommend the test/treatments when they present you with an estimate, but without pressuring you into doing something you can't afford at that time. And they work hard at trying to find other possible solutions or recommendations to help your pet until you can get them the proper care. The parking lot can sometimes be a difficult to find a good spot when it's a busy day. However, the perk of getting to take your pup next door to Hollywood Feed for a special I'm-sorry-they-poked-you-in-the-butt treat makes up it!

need to get some good customer service reps at the front desk, the gurl couldn't find my 2pm appointment I had made 2 day prior. So took my business to the pet clinic on Central between Cooper and Parkway. they get a 5 star by letting me walk in and treated my cat , Paid them the 165.00 for great service. And ladies at front desk were professional!

Explains everything in detail. Dr Lynn is great!

They took good care of our pets.

They are expensive. But, they saved my baby’s life. I can text them any question I have and they respond. Dr. Lynn is amazing. I went to them because of an emergency, but they have a client for life.

I was recommended to go here to check on a rash on my female dog. Instead they told me they'd give me cream "if I want it," then adamantly tried to upsell me. Saw my other dog in the backseat (he had no reason to see a vet at this point), and started throwing different dollar amounts based on treatment for him and my other dog and adding on heartworm for both of them (that I did not ask for) Very evident that they only care about money, to the point of pressuring you until you agree to pay ridiculous prices.

Bad service since Corona and the prices are extremely high!!! I was recommended to them but will not be going back! Found somewhere a lot cheaper for same thing.but mine was for heartworms so found out pet hospital r better for that. Community pet hospital saved my dog life for a lot less!!! Pet vax $2200, where I went $700! Pet vax didn't care about my dog just the money!!!

Absolutely love going here....Bama just walked right in and immediately got on the scale. Dr. Lynn is really awesome and very knowledgeable. She has been taking care of my fur baby for 7 years now.

I AM DONE! Petvax has been impossible since they were bought out. Prices are going up and service is going down. The only thing these people care about is money. They don't care about the pets that visit them or the people that have to rearrange their lives to bring their pets to the vet. I absolutely do not recommend ANY petvax office.

Amazing and professional care! I couldn’t be more pleased. My dog was in a terrible accident and the ladies at PetVax East Memphis assisted me in absolutely every way they possibly could. They made sure my dog was comfortable and well cared for the entire time she was in their care. Dr Lynn explained everything with detail and professionalism in order for me to care for her once we were home. I recommend them to anyone needing reliable pet care❤️

The doctors, vet techs and all of the nice people at PetVax on Poplar in Memphis are awesome! They are especially attentive during the pandemic. Courteous, caring, kind and professional! We especially love Dr. S!

Wow! From the minute Taylor answered the phone to assist me as a new client, I was impressed. My regular Vet was booked and couldn't fit in my sick dog, but PetVax East found me a spot. Due to COVID and PetVax being swamped, the Vet herself, Dr. Lynn, came out to my car to checkout my dog and speak to me, and then she was even going to carry my 40lb dog into the clinic! Dr. Lynn took care of my old, sick dog as quickly as she could and gave me thorough details on the diagnosis. Also, the prices can't be beat. Needless to say, we now have a new place for all 3 of our dogs.

Providing excellent care while keeping their staff safe during covid. Reasonable prices with a staff who simply love animals.

Omg so thankful I found this vet for my baby dog Memphis he loved his visit and the staff was very nice and very affordable especially now during this pandemic money is very low and I loved how safe it was. ????????????????????????

The people are so nice

The new staff is horrible. This is written during COVID -19 . Normally you don’t have to make appointments but considering the time I had to. I called a day ahead and a lady relayed the information to me (booking an appointment) sos I booked for the next day because she said she had an opening. I get to the location 12 minutes early , call the number and give them my information. I sit in my hot car for 15 minutes longer WITH MY ANXIOUS DOG! I call back into the facility and ask “what the hold up? What’s going on” she then tells me my appointment was actually 30 minutes after the first time I called the first time. They had a communication issue on THERE end and I was told different the day prior to coming. I waited another 10 minutes and I pulled off not getting any service because they were inside standing around talking and one of the veterinarians was outside having a causal conversation with a lady in a car down from me laughing and carrying on for 10 minutes. I had to call and make an appointment with the Germantown parkway hospital for a appointment later in the week. I’ve only been there once and they were nice and understanding. PETVAX NEEDS TO COMMUNICATE AND ACT LIKE YOU CARE!!! You more than anyone should know that some dogs are restless in a still, hot car. VERY INCONSIDERATE OF TIME AND CIRCUMSTANCES. TRASH!

My dog, Harley, got his annual check-up along with a biopsy of a limp on his side. Everyone was really great, explained procedures along the way, and were very attentive. Harley was so nervous at first and we got him calmed down even with all the needle sticks. Harley is fine! Love the follow up call the next day checking on him!
