They were great with our pet and so friendly!!! They also got us in on short notice and on New Year's Eve also. We have been looking for a new vet since ours retired. I think we have found our new vet. Dr. Nick was awesome!!

We boarded our two dogs and cat at Arlington Pet Hospital in December, 2021. We were extremely pleased with the reservation process; the receptionist we spoke with was very thorough and offered us several options. Upon pick up our animals were happy, healthy and clearly received a lot of attention. We would recommend this boarding and dog day care facility to anyone. Thanks for taking such good care of our animal family!

Good employees and quick service

My Maltipoo was hurt by the groomer. When I got her home her ears were cut up inside. The hospital agreed to treat her for free, but charged a fortune for the medication, also the office manager is rude. I will never go there again. EDIT_ I see your response that you cannot find me in your database, that is because my daughter brought her into the clinic. You are the correct facility!

I needed to board my dog who is aggressive with other dogs. They were able to take him with no problems. The staff was very nice and professional. Thank you for your great service.

They really care about your pets. Seem to do really well with dogs especially. Have had great experiences with my dog needing treatments and surgeries. The only con is they seem to be on the expensive side, however, all veterinarians seem to be charging more these days.

This is the second time I took my dog Cisco to this vet. I will not take him to anyone else! The quality of care was top notch and I feel lucky to have found this vet! It is way to much to tell here but everyone from the receptionist Alicia, to the nurse did not get her name, the X-ray tech ( I think ) Raquel and not least Dr Underwood herself went above and beyond to help me and my dog! I am super grateful to all of you so much! During my visit each person came to update me on what was done and what they thought. Dr Underwood really listened to me and she addressed each and every concern I had and did not make me feel I was asking to much. This animal hospital and ALL of the people they have on staff are in my opinion a blueprint of what all animal hospitals should be! Thank you all for everything! And Cisco thanks you to!!

We took our pup on Sunday during the urgent care hours. All of the staff was friendly and welcoming. Dr. Alisha Hezel and her nurse were great with my dog and treated her as needed. I would highly recommend Arlington Pet Hospital.

Fantastic with my pet. She isn't super friendly yet they handle her without any problems. Staff is always great and smiling.

I was given the grand tour. Saw the clients at play. They were friendly and looked happy and relaxed. The kind of place and treatment I want for my Caesar. Big indoor and outdoor play area for big dogs. I think Caesar will ???? it there.

The Hospital side is second to none. Been going here for pretty much since Garrett Davis started it. My 1st experience with the Pet Resort was just last week. Everything was fine except it was somewhat of a sticker shock. Rates are comparable to people in staying in a decent hotel. 2 dogs for 5 nights was over $500. This may be comparable to other boarding facilities, but I was just not prepared for this amount of money for dogs!!!

Edited at 1225hrs to show a quick response from vets office . Truly sorry for bereavement. Thanking practice for quick resolution to original issue ...changing review up. Really not happy. Dog seen on 3/29. Pharmacy contacted by us on 4/2 and fax for meds faxed from pharmacy to vet.. Phoned vet and was told response would be faxed back same day. 4/7 called pharmacy and was told by supervisor that 2 fax requests not responded to. ?????

They fixed my fur baby up. They were nice and he wasn't nervous.

Had an emergency and our regular vet was unable to see us that day. The vet here assessed the situation made sure we were aware of exactly the issue. It required a special surgery so To they set us up with what we needed until we could get our pet to the surgeon. They referred us to a great surgeon.

Awesome staff, expert care, and they treat your furbabies with love!

Wonderful experience. My dog Chance was great with Dr. Nick. First visit for us and we will be back with all our fur babies!

Very professional. Curbside service due to Covid. Prices a little high but not exorbitant.

The most caring professionals I have ever met. It was hard to say goodbye to Jericho, but these doctors and their staff made the hurt a bit more bearable. They are truly angels for our pets.
