Great service, battery died on my car and they offered to jump my car

We are new dog parents to a very fearful rescue. All the staff was so kind and tender and Dr. Hendricks explained everything to us so well. Looking forward to a lifetime of care here.

They have been out veterinary office since April 1982 when we got our first dog. We have always received quality care for our beloved dogs. I highly recommend Germantown Animal Hospital to everyone who wants the best care available for their pets.

Dr. Humphries went above and beyond taking care of my fur baby that had a tumor on her eyelid. He made sure she was completely safe for her to have surgery at her age, and even did extra things (at his expense) to put an end to her eye problems for good. I cannot thank him and the staff at Germantown Animal Hospital. We love this vet office!

Germantown Animal Hospital is one of the best places! We took our very sick Labrador in to be seen. The staff is incredible ... so kind and caring. We saw Dr. Abernathy - and let me tell you - he went above and beyond our expectations!!! Our sweet girl had pancreatitis and Dr. Abernathy was on top of it ... he kept us informed on any updates, tests, etc. I will never go to another Vet for any reason!! I'm so thankful we found Germantown Animal Hospital ... and Dr. Abernathy!!!!

Dr. Humphreys is awesome! Explains everything to me very clearly regarding my dog and makes sure to check up on him. Very affordable and amazing service!

We have been going to the Germantown Animal Hospital for many years and they have taken wonderful care of our dogs over the years. The doctors are incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and talented.

I’m was so happy & relieved to find this office when we moved here from TX! The office has adapted to follow covid procedures, but still maintains that personal connection you hope for when entrusting your pet in their care. My experiences with annual visits & teeth cleaning have been positive each time with excellent care, guidance, clear communication & updates. Pricing is very reasonable and I’ve appreciated the transparency of the doctors doing only what is medically necessary for the health of our fur baby. Highly recommend you give this office a try!

There are no words. Best vet experience I have had, I think, ever. Dr. Humphreys is awesome and spends a significant amount of time explaining to me exactly what is wrong, what probably caused it and a very detailed plan of care - and - he takes care to work out the best plan for my budget. I have never had a vet care enough to work that way. Staff are exceedingly friendly and professional! I would recommend to anyone.

What can I say. I trust them with the lives of our best friends, especially Dr. Speth. The Doctors and staff could not be more knowledgeable, professional and compassionate. As long as our family has dogs Germantown Animal Hospital will take care of them.

One year ago we rescued a large heartworm positive, 1 year old, mixed breed. We verified the heartworm positive status and got an estimate of over $2,000 from another vet clinic. One year later, she is healthy, and heartworm negative, and we owe this to Dr. Humphreys at Germantown Animal Hospital. GTown charged less than 1/2 of the original estimate from our former veterinarian, and did not stray from the estimate.We brought our beagle over to Germantown Animal Hospital just a month ago, and found prices for the annual exam, vaccines, and blood work to be reasonable, and the treatment to be appropriately comprehensive for an older dog. Thus far, we have utilized the services of Dr. Humphreys and Dr. Hendricks, and have been entirely pleased with both doctors. We have also used the technicians for minor required treatments, and for nail clippings ; they are similarly awesome! At this point , you still wait in the parking lot for your animal, but you will get a full report, and most times the doctor will come out and speak with you. If there are any questions during the exam they will immediately phone you. Affordable, quality, caring service!

Larry Hendricks is an awesome vet. Diagnosed my pup’s problem and prescribed a treatment that was effective and affordable. We are very pleased!

The ENTIRE TEAM here is fantastic, from the first contact to resolution they are caring, empathetic, patient, understanding and professional. The delivery and hand off,communication and information given during a sressful time - for owner and staff during COVID - was magnificent. Found a new permanent vet even though my first contact was an emergency.

We evacuated to Memphis during Hurricane Ida. We had a health problem with one of our dogs. Although the clinic was fully booked, they worked us in and took care of our dog. They were friendly and helpful.

It was a very good experience. Dr. Speth treated our dog for itching and also gave him his rabies shot and some meds. Only complaint is that I really feel like we should be able to be with our dog when the vet is treating it. That way we can have a two way conversation as he is checking on our dog and treating him.

Have been going here over 25 years. I’ve never had a bad experience.

I had no appointment for my indoor/outdoor cat. The parking lot was full and I was in and out in an hour. They are Covid safe and getting it done. My silly cat is much better.

Dr Humphreys was. Very helpful and professional. He took care of my 3 dachshunds and their needs. He is thorough and I appreciated his follow up. I will ask for him whenever possible.

My wife and I were visiting from out of town on a quick business trip. We always take our two fur babies with us everywhere we go. During this trip our sweet 16 year old Yorker-Poo, Charlie, had a seizure for the first time ever. Despite his age, he is the healthiest, happiest, and spunkiest dog there is, so this was absolutely terrifying to us. This animal clinic was the closest to our hotel, so we rushed him here. The staff and doctor were all so accommodating, helpful, supportive, and sweet during this traumatic event. They helped calm us down, offered us water, and brought our Charlie back to us (with a towel for him to lay on for comfort) while we were waiting in the exam room so he didn’t have to be around strangers after just having a bad seizure. The doctor gave Charlie some seizure medication to take, which has helped tremendously. Our sweet boy isn’t as spunky as he was before the seizure, but he’s doing just fine considering what all he went through. We can’t thank this clinic enough for their help and support.

I have had a dog at GAH for over 19 years, they are the very best at everything they do! My Oliver Douglas always runs in the door and the care that they give him whether he is staying because of an illness or a boarding visit is always exceptional! I am grateful for this wonderful place!

My dog hurt her back and needed immediate attention. I arrived at the close of the day and she was seen right away.

From someone who answers the phone and everyone you connect with before your pet sees the vet, they are courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. During this taxing pandemic, the vet will come out to you to consult about your pet. Quality care and dedication.
