They were open on a Sunday when we needed them. Clean facility, well staffed, and everyone was very helpful. Dr. Eidson was outstanding. If I could give them 6 stars, then I would. They have a new customer now, and we'll drive the extra distance to go there.

Love the caring staff! All of our pets are special needs (senior, anxiety disorders, etc.), and we have been pleased with the support and information we receive from the doctors at the Pet Hospitals.

Love it here! My baby is so happy, we love Dr. Eidson. Mocha is always so happy to see his vet family. Highly recommend them!

Like services cost a little high

They were very good about getting my dogs a kennel last minute for boarding but when I picked them up 3 days later they smelled so bad of urine and there fur was very sticky. I was not pleased with how I got my dogs back.

The doctors are wonderful and customer service is top notch!

We Love The Pet Hospital and Dr. Weimer. She always takes great care of our kitties. All of the staff are always pleasant and very helpful too.

You could tell as soon as you walked through the door that you were in the right place for my dog Hazel. Hazel is my new rescue dog and I have fallen in love with her. I came for Hanna to check her over. Hanna and all the staff just made feel that we were in the right place. Very caring people.

Love love love! I switched vets a little over a year ago when I found out my rescue Gray had heart worms, and now I can’t imagine ever going any where else! Dr. Bradshaw is always so responsive and helpful with Gray, and you can always tell the whole staff really cares about your pet and you. My sister’s dog sees Dr. George and has had an equally amazing experience. I’m so grateful for their whole pet loving staff! ❤️

The best service for your dog/cat. My dog loves it there! They always check on Ash and sends notifications when your dog vaccinations is due.

Really good experience! First vet visit since moving to the area. Quick appointment, next day. Was greeted as we walked in and made comfortable. Quickly taken back to exam room. Super nice vet assistant Haylee explained everything in detail. She was great! Vet was very pleasant and thorough. Great visit. Will highly recommend this office!

Dr. Cox and his team were fantastic! I’m a first time dog mom and they provided me with a great deal of information regarding my canine. He received multiple vaccines and they were done in a timely manner. I was a little nervous about the entire process, but they welcomed my son (canine) with open arms. I would definitely recommend The Pet Hospital-Collierville.

When going out of town, and not being able to take our "fur baby", The Pet Hospitals(in Collierville, TN), was SO AMAZING, and took exceptionally great care of our pet! Everyone was very friendly, and we felt at peace, leaving Phish(our cat) there. Keep up the AMAZING WORK!!!!Definitely recommend for boarding your pet(s). There is a Dr. there, at all times. Thank y'all SO VERY MUCH, for loving our "family member"???? and taking care of him.

We love the The Pet Hospital!! We have seen all of the veterinarians in one capacity or another over the last 25 years and they are always so attentive and loving to our furry family members. The follow up after any issue is outstanding!!

My pet, Jupiter is a spunky, loving dog!! He sees Dr. Weimer at TPH Collierville and loves her. I can always trust her to give him the best care & communicate his needs directly to me. She always has his best interest in mind & is open about treatment expenses prior to going through with what he needs. He has developed bad food allergies and GI issues in the past few months. I’m so thankful for her consistent dedication to finding out where his issues were sourced from. With her help, I have found the perfect food for him to eat to feel healthy and happy! I highly recommend her care at TPH Collierville!

Right now it's stay in your car, our first visit was today. I will say it will be our only place now to take our pets. We just moved here from another state and was looking for a great vet. We found it today. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. And very friendly with our 2 dogs, that's important !

I made day boarding reservations on May 10 for my 2 doggies at the Pet Hospitals from May 26 to May 28. We have to temporarily stay in a hotel during that time frame and didn't want our fury babies to be trapped in a hotel room all day. I didn't think there was a problem. Our reservation was confirmed. On May 15, I contacted them to add a bath for one of our doggies on the last day. Still, no issues. This morning, on May 17, I contacted them again to add a bath for our other dogs so that both will have a bath on their last day of daycare. Still, no issues. Everything confirmed. Well, less than 5 minutes later I got a call, saying they're not doing any day boarding from May 26 to June 2. Just like that. Never mind it was all good until 5 minutes prior. Never mind whatever plans we have. So there you have it. You can make reservations with them all you want and have those reservations confirmed. Just be aware that they can and will cancel them on the last minute without any considerations for you.
