Dr. Warner and the entire staff have made Buttons recovery perfect after her knee operation for a torn ACL. Thank you all for such good care of my little girl ????.

I’m the proud Pawrent of a 9 year old Chihuahua named Chica. Chica recently became the companion of my now retired Father since I accepted a job in Texas. Now that my Father isn’t as mobile as he once was, taking care of Chica has become a bit cumbersome for him. I travel back from Texas as often as I can but not as often as I should to be able to make sure Chica is well vetted. Well, a very good Friend of mine suggested Cordova Station Animal Hospital since the initial Veterinarian that I used to take her to closed during COVID. I scheduled the appointment for an annual exam, dental scaling and grooming. We received a very warm greeting by the Front Desk Receptionist, Jake. I let him know that this was our very first appointment (at 9) and Chica and I were both nervous! Jake assured me that Chica would be well taken care of and not to worry. He gave me an estimated time for pickup and I left (reluctantly lol). By 11:00 am, I had already received a very detailed message from Dr Warner regarding Chica’s procedure. On the voicemail, Dr Warner asked if I had any questions to please call back l. However, his message was thorough and detailed that there was no way that I would have any other question…except “Why weren’t you already our Vet”? ???????? Upon arrival to pick my Fur Baby up, Jake let me know how well Chica did during her stay there. I was pleased to know that all was well and could immediately feel the love from other staff, in addition to Jake. Maggie affectionately nicknamed Chica “Chi-Chi” and when she saw me standing there said, “Oh, you must be Chi-Chi’s Mom”!!!!!!!! My entire interaction with the staff exceeded my expectations and was more like a family than anything. I would highly recommend Cordova Station Animal Hospital to any and EVERYONE!!! Everyone was very friendly and accommodating ☺️

I have 5 dogs. I moved from Kansas in March and went through a few vets before finding Cordova station. I have never been to a more personable office. Every time I am in there, they act like they truly care about my pets and are extremely knowledgeable. I will always go to Cordova station over anywhere else!

I am new to the area so this was our first time there to have my Yorkie groomed. I called around 11 am to check on him to see how he was doing and an approximate time he would be ready since I am concerned when he goes to new environments that he can have a pancreatic episode. When the groomer came on the phone he was rude from the start. He told me there were two other sedated animals before him and a cat and that if I wanted to pick my dog up earlier, then today was not the day. I was upset that he was so rude when I was just checking up on my pet so after the phone call I went and picked him up. Apparently they had just bathed him so he got a very expensive bath $32! I am now looking for another groomer and considering I have to find a vet too, it will not be at this establishment.

All of the staff there are caring and sweet, and they take great care of my cat. However, Jake went above and beyond to help me take care of a miscommunication regarding my cat's special, needs-to-be-vet-approved medication. Thanks so much for being there for the precious animals.

Fantastic care for your pet. Dr. Kyle Sanders is an excellent veterinarian and an incredible owner educator about their pet's health status & maintenance.

Been going there for over two years. All experiences were exceptional until yesterday, Friday. My youngest rescue hurt her leg. I called and asked if she could be seen on Saturday. The person that answed the phone said they had no openings until Tuesday. She did not ask any relevant questions. Animal Hospital? Nope. Veterinarians yes. I told her and I'm saying in this review, if you can't find time to care for my girls when they need you then it is time to find another vet

I can't say enough good things about this clinic! Fantastic docs and staff who provide complete, honest and compassionate care!

Everyone there is so nice and it's very clear they all care about the animals brought to then. Dr Sanders was great to work with - he didn't hesitate to answer any questions I had and was very transparent about my kitty's options. Even when I called back after the weekend with more questions he was happy to answer them and help keep my boy on the road to recovery. Even if I didn't live close, I would keep bringing him here.

The vets at Cordova Station are very patient and knowledgeable. They explain everything they are doing and answer all questions. My parents and I both take our cats here and they have always done everything they can to help them. Dr Sanders even taught me how to hold and wrap my cat in a towel order to put drops in his eye easily!

We have been satisfied customers for a long time, first with a cat and now for our dog. Friendly staff and very reasonable prices and close to Germantown.

Dr. Sanders takes such a personal interest in each patient. We've had both dogs and the cat in, and I always leave with a good understanding of what's going on. I feel like my "babies" are truly cared for.

I called to schedule a grooming appointment for my cat and spoke to Dominick, the groomer. He asked me how my cat handled grooming and I told him he did fine. He told me to go elsewhere because he was booked for two weeks. I asked if I could schedule something in 2-4 weeks and he said no he would then be busy with his clients. He was referred to me by two of his cat clients. I have never had anyone refuse to do a service that they perform. I am shocked!

If I could give them more stars I would. I took my dog there and she is very skiddish and new people aren't her favorite. They were EXTREMELY patient with her and the vet explained to me everything and was very thorough with her. When they took her back to get her shots done I could even still hear the vet tech and vet having a conversation with her. It's an added bonus that their reasonably priced too!

New Vet for my baby girl. Her other vet retired. I have to say that I love these folks. They have taken such great care of my Labrador Issy. She was really hurting when we went for the first time. They figured out the problem, medicated her, and sent us home. Within days she was feeling so much better. Thanks all!!
