Had a really good experience with this vet during a very difficult time. They were very responsive and accommodating at a moments notice.

I'm so happy I found The Pet Hospitals. They are amazing! The staff are so friendly. Dr. McWatters is the best with my 3 Chihuahuas. They take the best care of my babies everytime! I will never go anywhere else with my babies.

Dr. George was able to see Maggie this morning to determine whether or not she tore her ACL. Maggie got relief from the pain until they could determine if she tore her ACL

Above and beyond care, show compassion and listen to my concerns. They take such good care of my babies ???? ????????????????

We love the staff and Doctor Newman! She treats our little ShiTzu, Budget with such kindness and compassion. He's got all kinds of anxieties but he always seems so calm in her presence. He's my baby so I'm hyper aware of his reaction to people and potentially stressful places, but he has definitely found trust and familiarity in his Doctor and the staff at The pet Hospitals!

We have three dogs and have been so pleased with the care and service at The Pet Hospitals! Dr. Mc Watters is our regular doctor, but when we have had to see others due to his absence, they have been wonderful as well. ALL of the vets take time with you about your pet, address your concerns without rushing through the appointment, and they follow up on my babies! LOVE LOVE LOVE The Pet Hospital!!!

Always professional service with Dr. McWatters. He takes the time to answer all questions and makes you feel comfortable enough to ask them in the first place.

Dr Newman is the absolute best. She gives you time and listens to your pet’s problems. Always very responsive, follows up with phone calls and gives you tips whenever needed. We love dr Newman and the pet hospitals.

Best vet and groomer in town!

Usually my partner takes the dog here but due to a scheduling conflict I took him, it was my first time and I was probably more anxious than our dog. The staff were INCREDIBLY kind and accommodating. Honestly, I was blown away. The front office and exam room was clean as well, which is a big plus since we all know how messy things can get. I appreciate the safety measures that were in place for the pandemic as well, when we went to pick up medication or do a check up they were prompt to meet us at the car. I'm so glad my partner found this place and even though we moved to midtown recently we will be sticking with them here because we love it so much.

Dr Landis provides excellent care to her patients and to her patients’ owners.

First experience was very friendly, and thorough. My skittish dog seemed calm which kept us calm as well.

We took our 7 week old puppy to the Pet Hospital. I was a nervous wreck because that was her first vet visit. I really had nothing to worry about. From the very beginning to the very end, the nurses were super sweet, went out to our car to get the pup, gave us paperwork to fill out, and took Penny back to see Dr. Gaddis. We waited in the car, Dr. Gaddis came out to update us on Penny and answered all of my questions (and I had a lot of them too). I will definitely bring Penny back!

Dr Landis is a caring, devoted professional who has taken excellent care of our fur babies. I trust her completely.

Outstanding service and bed-side manner. Our family moves around a lot due to the military, so we have used multiple vets. The Pet Hospitals is one of the best places to take your dog. I highly recommend them and would absolutely trust them to take care of our dogs any time.

The Pet Hospitals Germantown is absolutely amazing. They were able to work me into their schedule when my fur kid experienced an emergency. Once I arrived, they were able to diagnose my dog's illness in a short period of time. The staff is extremely pleasant and professional. They are angels. They made a very scary situation easier to navigate. My fur baby was able to make a full recovery thanks to The Pet Hospitals Germantown! They earned a new, loyal client that day for sure!
