I just picked up my Calico, Tilly. I was just beside myself with the care and love they showed my husband and I. They presented her with the utmost respect. Amazing staff and beautiful grounds. I highly recommend them when you loose a member of your family, your special pet. I would give them more stars if they were available. I felt so much relief that Tilly was out pain and with my family.

Whenever you lose a pet you lose part of yourself. My entire experience dealing with Dixie was of great comfort while dealing with grief. I was giving all the time I needed on the phone to make arrangements for my depart dog Piojo. The level of service was amazing. I never felt I was treated as a customer, I felt that I was treated as a friend. When I receive my dog’s ashes there was a hand written card not thanking me for business but expressing sorrow for my loss. For anyone that is looking for a place to properly deal with your departed fur baby, this is the place. They understand that you pet was not an item but a loved one, and they treat you as such. When the day comes that I need use of their services I will definitely use them. Words cannot express how happy I am about how they treated me during my grieving process.

Dixie Memorial has been a God send for us. Being animal lovers, we like to keep a memory of our dogs. We have used them 4 x times for cremation. Always very nice and sympathetic. They do the dirty work of picking up your pet, handling the cremation, and prompt return of the remains. They offer several options to fit your needs. Highly recommended.

Dixie Memorial assisted us in the peaceful crossing of Rainbow Bridge for my precious Sadie. Dixie working together with Dr Moffitt the transition was as peaceful as it could be. I knew it was time but it was still very difficult. Sadie had been in treatment for kidney, liver and heart failure for around 8 months I miss Sadie so much. Beverly McNeil.

They are amazing people. Very professional and compassionate. I don't doubt for a second that my best friend was treated with the upmost care and respect that she deserved. They worked quickly with no hassle and really went out of their way to handle everything so that you didn't have to. The urn with the engraved plaque and paw prints were beautiful and did my dobe justice. I highly recommend Dixie Memorial in your time of need!

Barbara and her staff are absolutely wonderful! I called on a busy Monday morning, Barbara said that she would have my Lucy picked up from the emergency animal hospital right away. Her compassion, kindness and reassuring words gave me a sense of peace during a devastating time The facilities are beautiful, immaculate and serene. I highly recommend Dixie Memorial Pet Gardens.

We had the unfortunate need for the services of Dixie Pet Cemetery and Memorial. It means so much in a time of grief to know your animal is being cared for by people who value and respect the bond and love one has with their four legged family members. This is obvious by the quality of the grounds, facilities, staff and services at Dixie. We want the best for our four legged family members when they are alive. Dixie helped us give him the best after his passing. For all the unconditional love and companionship our pets give us. They deserve nothing less.

We lost our furry family member of 16 years and decided to bring him to Dixie Memorial. They were the kindest and most compassionate people you could ever ask to talk to in that situation; their reverence of the deceased is unmatched by any other place you can go. It is a very peaceful and comforting property, and you can tell everyone there truly cares.

This place was so great and caring in helping us with the loss of our 13 year old Pomeranian Max. Debbie was kind and understanding over the phone. I believe it was Josh that helped us and let us take as much time as we needed to say goodbye to our fur baby. He was very compassionate and walked out in the pouring rain to deliver Max’s cremains to us in our car so we wouldn’t have to step out. My mom is hurting the worst she ever has but she stated Dixie Memorial helped her a lot in dealing with this. Thank y’all so much for all you do! It truly makes a difference.

Everyone we have dealt with at Dixie Memorial has been wonderful in every way, and they have conducted private cremations for three of our precious pooches over the past 14 years. Dixie can be totally trusted, and will go out of their way to help you any way they can. Cody was especially helpful and kind to me. You will be very happy if you choose Dixie to handle the details for you after your loved baby crosses the rainbow bridge.

As a veterinarian I have done business with Dixie Memorial for almost 20 years. Over that time I have had to call on them as a pet owner as well. Throughout all of these interactions the staff has been unfailingly courteous, respectful and professional. The services rendered have always met or exceeded expectations. I highly recommend them.

From the first call to the day we picked up her cremains, our experience with Dixie Memorial couldn’t have gone any better. We were devastated when we lost our sweet girl Lily and Barbara was so kind and sympathetic. The box they put Lily’s cremains in was beautiful and high quality. They also included a lock of her fur held together with a bow and stored in a little velvet bag. They even returned the metal plate from her knee surgery which guaranteed that Lily was cremated alone. I would recommend Dixie to any pet owner!

Barbara and the Dixie Memorial staff were nothing but compassionate and professional during a difficult time. Barbara was very helpful answering my questions and concerns and I knew what to expect when the time came. As much as I don't want to have to use their service, it helps to know I can count on them when they are needed. I will not hesitate to call them again when the time comes, and you shouldn't either.

Words cannot express what Dixie Memorial has done for our family. Start to finish was just amazing, Zeus passed sudden and I found out right as I was getting off of work I called Ms Barbara and she said they closed at 5, I live 45 mins away …

July 27, 2019 was a heartbreaking day as I had to put my beloved pug Lilly to sleep. I knew I wanted to have her cremated, but didn't know who to contact. The vet recommended Dixie Memorial and I am so grateful she did. I have only dealt with Barbara and have found her to be kind and compassionate with me at this difficult time of my life. Thank you Barbara and the staff at Dixie for your care, compassion, and respect you have given to my Lilly!

The level of care and compassion that the owner and staff have is superior to that of a licensed funeral service professional. The options are affordable and the building and grounds are as nice and well maintained; In some intances moreso than some Human Funeral establishments and cemeteries.

I have not personally used their services but I have heard so many wonderful things about Dixie Memorial Gardens through the work that I do from my own clients that I wanted to take the time to share. From everything I have heard, this is where you want to go in your time of grieving for a lost pet. They are professional, have been around a very long time and I know the owner and she cares a great deal for her clients and their needs. She has devoted decades to her business and her customers and if you are looking for a personal, tasteful way to say goodbye to your beloved pet, this is who I would recommend. Thank you.

My dog was buried July-1999, Buddy. I love the atmosphere of the grounds and everyone is very kind and comforting. I was so very distraught over my dog dying. I had never been so close to a dog before and he was so perfect my 4 legged child. Personally I would never consider any other place.
