giving them 1 star due to the unprofessionalism & attitude given by April L. she was rude, made my dog scared, and just does not need to be working with animals. everyone else was awesome just don’t let her deal with your animals!

I would give zero stars if possible the customer service was horrible... Needed a vet asap for a sick Chihuahua puppy and I couldn't even get the words out my mouth without rudely being cut off to be put on hold and when the lady came back on the call she still had an attitude towards me for no reason.... Not only was she trying to tell me it would be a lengthy waiting period just to get an appointment, but also said I would need to put down a deposit... Go to Pet Vax on Union Avenue they are soooo much friendlier and the prices are good.

I am beyond happy to have found Eastgate Animal Clinic! The care my pups receive is excellent and the doctors are kind and easy to talk to. The staff are also kind and friendly. The prices are very reasonable. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Dr. Sweet and Dr. Balthrop are awesome! You can tell they really care for your little furry one.

My baby girl doesn't normally take to leaving my side for anything but she walked with them without issues. They were quick about her visit and not crazy expensive. Don't get me wrong... They aren't cheap but they were reasonably priced. I will be bringing all my animals here from here on out

I love this clinic. The employees and doctors are very nice and upfront. I'm a new pet owner, and they have made it easy to get my cat taken care of.

Cannot go inside they pick up at your car and deliver. I like to look inside a place also

They saved my little chorkie. I took her to another vet who spent a few minutes and never figured out her issues. All vets at Eastgate take the time to listen and provide the proper diagnosis. Reasonable price too.

I feel like the staff shows a considerable amount of concern and empathy for my pets. They always make sure that the visit is comfortable and that I am well informed. This clinic makes talking care of my elderly pets so much easier.

I can't say how amazing the Eastgate Animal Clinic staff is. I got my first puppy and wanted to make sure I started him off with a great vet experience, and they did just that. I was able to ask as many questions as I needed to and was thoroughly advised on a plan for my pup. Dr. Sweet was the best! Safely can say that I am a Lifetime customer.

We LOVE Eastgate Animal Clinic and have taken 4 different pets here over the years. They are open and honest with information, and you can tell they really care about and love what they do. The first vets we've trusted wholeheartedly with our fur babies.

Misdiagnosed a classic case of saddle thrombus in my cat causing my cat to suffer needlessly for hours. I am never taking my animals to this clinic again, I do not trust them. I had to take him somewhere else to get the right diagnosis and ultimately euthanize him.

Dr. Sweet is one of the best Veterinarians there is. He genuinely cares about your pet, not the almighty dollar. He never rushes you, even at end of life Bridge crossings. He's extremely empathetic and understanding. The entire practice is made up of great Veterinarians.

The staff has always been helpful and friendly, especially with all of my four legged family. They have stepped up there game with the covid-19 awareness. Your car is the waiting room, they will come out and get your animal, and return him/ her when it's over. The vet will either call or meet you in your car with the outcome of the visit.
