They worked me in when my dog hurt his leg and no other vet (including my long term one) would, so I go here now. Dr is efficient, caring.

Absolutely love Dr Kim, she's a very nice person and cares about what she does to help animals in need. I would recommend her to anyone I know. The staff is great as well.

Great customer service. They were the only vet who would get my dog in although he hadn't been there before. We definitely have a new vet❤️.

I went there today, I don't understand why they say this place is reasonable in the comments when they tried to charged me $200 deposit and $400 just to see my dog. I left and took my dog to Munford animal hospital.

Basically only dogs and cats are thier Forte, I never went there as I have many types of animals that they don't care for.

Definitely a lovely vet office. The people are very sweet and love our animals!!

Dr. Garner is excellent. She takes the time to listen to any questions or concerns you might have. She has been treating our animals for almost 20 years. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

Dr. Garner is the best vet I have ever had. I have been using her since 2011. She has always taken great care of my 4 legged babies over the years. Definitely recommend Big Creek

The staff and Dr. Kim are wonderful, caring, experienced and professional. I am very happy to have them take care of my furry family members. 3 Cats, 1 dog. Never been disappointed. Shots, surgeries, dentals and lets not forget how great my pup looks after Sydney Nixon gets done with him! Thanks for all you ladies do!!

We had brought our dog, Panda, to Big Creek after the emergency Vet diagnosed her with Parvo. She had stopped eating, wasn't able to hold down water, was listless and barely moved and then passed blood when she had a BM... we were terrified. We were told she had her puppy shots/vaccines when we adopted her but apparently not. She stayed with them for 5 days and finally came home with meds for the rest of her recovery. Not only did she love the staff, but Dr Garner was amazingly sweet and caring with Panda; and when above and beyond to reassure my husband and I. Panda is back to her bouncy, loving self and we can't thank Big Creek enough! You guys saved our baby, there aren't enough "Thank You"s in the world! ~The LaMees

People who work there, they are awesome!!! Very understanding and patience...love them..They are taking real good care of my furbabies... I miss my furbabies!! Can't wait to get them out. My furbabies is staying there for a boarding service.

They cared about taffy she passed away on the 16 of Sept. She was 16 and a half years old they were very kind to her and treated her with respect and me. I highly recommend this vet service if you care about your pet. Thank you

I took my Yorkie here 3 weeks ago foran exam. After being told that she needed her teeth cleaned, I took her to my old vet in Wynne, AR. They saw her today and will do the surgery for 1/4 of the price. BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY... i was informed that my baby has a heart murmur and in need of meds IMMEDIATELY. This vet did NOT tell me anything about my baby's heart! So i paid for an exam that apparently was NOT done thoroughly, and almost lost the opportunity to help her!!! NEVER, will I EVER use this vet again!

Due to covid I had to wait in the parking lot. They took my dog and examine inside the hospital. I got a couple of phone calls from the vet while waiting in the parking lot for updates. The vet is nice and told me every detail about my furbaby. The staffs are nice and friendly. I will definitely recommend this place.
