I love Elmore Road Veterinary Clinic. Dr. Ellis is an angel sent from the Heavens to care for our animals. Dr. Wallace loves my Bella and took excellent care of her tummy. Dr. Dix has an excellent bedside manner and was thorough when Bella hurt her leg and tore her meniscus and ACL. The front of the house employees are attentive and in control and the compassion seeps from their souls. Amy, Shelby, there are so many of y’all and many that have come and gone that have been a part of my mom and her many animals as well as me and my Bella. My best friend. ❤️

Elmore Road Vet Clinic is a great place for you to take your fur babies for healthcare. They are always attentive, and responsive. The doctors take as long as you need for questions, etc. The front desk people are on the ball- and polite. Love Elmore Vet Clinic!

Pet and owner friendly. Always have been professional with me even if I didn't like the answers. Good place for your pet to be checked on. I unfortunately had to put 2 dogs down here and the care they took, the understanding, and the empathy they had during that time was hands down the best. You can believe if I get another pet they will be my Vet! Thanks for everything you guys do! ♥️ It is appreciated!

This place is not for Black African Americans!!!! I had my pup schedule for a groom every three weeks! I've notice with this last groomer she cant follow simple directions. I called to see why I haven't received a call for my pup groom. First she tell me the groomer is booked til September I asked how when my pup is schedule out til August? Finally she goes to say "oh the groomer having too many problems with your pup!!" Really?? #sad

Beau, our mini poodle had been to several other Veterinarians and Groomers in the Desoto area since his 6 week old adoption. We had problems in some way, be it them medicating him while he was boarded there, a big NO NO with me to being cut by groomers who would try to deny they did it, and groomers who did not know how to groom. Elmore Clinic came very highly recommended. The service and personal care they give my baby is empecable. We have been going there for 4 years now and we love the care he receives and the reminders we receive for upcoming care that is due such as yearly shots, teeth cleaning, and grooming. Thank you, ELMORE CLINIC. BEAU LOVES ???? YOU ALL.

They were very nice and knowledgeable

The technicians were very knowledgeable and friendly. The veterinarian and tech performed the exam and administered vaccines to my dogs in the room with me and did a wonderful job handling them. The veterinarian made great health recommendations for my dogs, too! I did have to purchase a pricey medication, and the team even took time to explain to me a way to gain rewards and savings from the manufacturer of the medication. Very happy with this team and the clean facility!

They took great care of my dog Chloe. They were very informative about the prices and they were super nice. They even did a follow up to check on her after her spay.

There is no question that the people here love the animals they care for and that your pet will get great care.

My husband sat in the room where they examine the dogs and was not tended to for more than 40 minutes. There were no other customers waiting. He was the only customer there. No one came in during that 40 minutes to answer any questions or concerns he had. The staff did not seem interested in making sure he or our dog felt comfortable and welcomed at their establishment. Our dog was on edge and eager and no one came in to see, calm him, or ease him. My husband left and we went to a clinic not far from our home and we got exceptional service! We will not return here.
