I recently had to have my dog treated for reoccurring UTI's and end of life issues. Dr. Morse and Dr. Grant both help me and they both came highly recommended by the dog people in my life. They both are really nice, kind and knowledgeable men. Dr. Morse was particularly sweet when we had to put my dog to sleep. He was very patient and understanding and he did a wonderful job. My dog just went to sleep very peacefully. We have had other work on my pets done here in the past as well and it has always been a good experience. The only reason I would give them four stars instead of five at this moment is that they seem to be short handed right now and a few things have slipped through the cracks and I had to be persistent with follow up. Everyone is having a hard time finding good help these pandemic days and I think this is temporary problem. I would come here for your pet needs for sure.

The employees need to know how to tell time and not tell a customer to show up between seven and eight on a Saturday when they don’t open till eight

way overpriced. this place knows you love your pet and they're going to make you pay a pretty penny for service. 3 staples to close a small cut on my dogs ear cost $300. no anesthesia needed. and the visit only took 15 minutes.

Sensitive sad issue was reason for visit. 100% Compassionate care from the beginning ( That's to those nice ladies who stepped outside in the heat to assist us. And it was Memphis hot!) too end. We were visiting family in the Memphis area and our little pup became very ill. We took her to Shelby Center Hospital where she was diagnosed with Pancreatitis. Dr. Craig Grant saw her and was very compassionate and professional. The prices were very reasonable for the situation and the care was top notch!

Our favorite vet is here! Board dogs when we need to, and they know our dogs very well!

I conducted my business from the parking lot. They were very expedient bringing the prescription out to me. And off I went.

Just started taking my Bernedoodle “Moose” to Shelby Center Hospital. Everyone I have come in contact with has been very professional and friendly. He is seeing Dr. Morse, he is great very caring and answers all of my questions. I would highly recommend them. I will also be transferring my other dog and cat when their annual visits are due.

Very good vet office. They do a great job taking care of our pets (1 cat and 2 dogs). Never had any issues or anything. Overall, excellent place to take your pet.

They took good care of our 16-yr-old cat, but he did not survive his illness.

Amazing group of Veterinarians right here. I have worked professionally with Dr Grant, Dr Morse and Dr Malmo and can say as a Veterinarian myself that the level of medicine they practice is the best of the best. Management staff including Kristen and Amy are so professional and helpful to not only the clients but also to fellow animal hospitals in the area. All around phenomenal group of folks!
