Great experience, great doctor and staff! They will treat your baby like he/she is their own!

So far this has been a wonderful experience. Dr. Herr was very welcoming, her staff was truly sweet and other than the typical over the top cost (Collierville period is overpriced) the care was excellent. Loved the neckerchief for the pup with the calming pheromones (not sure they worked but our pup hadn't let us take it off since our visit ???? ). Very, very nice clinic.

Dr Herr and staff are wonderful. Their office is clean and aesthetically pleasing. They took their time to explain everything and went over finances before treatment which is something I’ve never experienced with other vets. They are competitively priced as well. All my pets will be seeing Dr. Herr from now on!

try this clinic if you need to see a vet who is thorough and thoughtful! we have a bunch of cats and some are sick all the time. i found healing paws on nextdoor.com; because there are many recommendations so i decided to give it a try. the place is immaculate and has an inviting air. Dr. Herr is very knowledgeable in her field & took the time to explain calmly the whys and the hows without rushing my cat. i walked away feeling i was being educated better on how to take care of my cat's illness.

The best vet visit I've ever had for my dog with anxiety. The vet technicians took time to let my anxious dog approach them and get relaxed. He normally spits out any treats with contempt from strangers and he ate the one she gave him! He even gave her a kiss. ???? The technique they use with the calming spray bandanas and the relaxed way they let him approach was very helpful. Truly a local business where it's obvious they want to be a part of our community and get to know our pets. It's a very clean, welcoming facility that is so close I don't have to deal with traffic. The staff was very friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. I appreciate the time and patience they had with my dogs and in answering my questions.

Dr. Herr and her staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. You truly feel at home while you visit their clinic. I have a 6 year old cat and I honestly don't trust his health and wellbeing to anyone but Dr. Herr!

Our dog had a large cyst that had ruptured numerous times and would not heal on it’s own. Other vets wanted to totally sedate her in order to remove the cyst. Because of her age (11 1/2yrs), and HBP and heart murmur, we did not want to risk sedation. Dr Herr and her staff were able to remove the cyst under a local anesthetic without any problems at all. We are so excited to find Healing Paws and now have a new vet for our fur-baby!

Dr. Herr and her staff have been amazing! We have a new puppy we take there and they have been wonderful at explaining everything they are doing and being thorough in all of their exams! I am so appreciative of them and would recommend this clinic to anyone! They sure do make you feel right at home!

Dr. Herr is an AMAZING vet! She takes her time with our dog and is very thorough. The Healing Paws Animal Hospital is a brand new building and it looks amazing. The staff is friendly and helpful as well. It is reassuring to know that our fur baby is cared for and loved by everyone there. We highly recommend!
