I cannot say enough amazing things about this place and their staff! Everyone is friendly no matter how busy they get. It's always fast and clean and they offer grooming as well.

The most important aspect of any business is quality, effective customer service. From Ms. Lisa at the front desk to Dr. Duncan and every staff member I have encountered over the past 13 years, Pablo ( and they know my pet by name and face) and I have received the love, care, and attention of family. I call Hillcrest, Pablo's extended family. My fur in-loves. They have given Pablo affection and love throughout every appointment, his surgery, and most importantly they support fur parents at every stage of being a fur parent. I am truly thankful to God everyday for allowing me to find this Animal Hospital. I highly recommend their services.

Dr. Hunt is a truly wonderful vet. She is knowledgeable and caring. Hillcrest gave us the much needed appointment for our furbaby when her regular vet would not see her. Dr. Hunt is now our always vet! The staff is also great and frienfly. Thank you. Janice McConnell

Hillcrest Animal hospital is the best. They are fast and efficient, after I picked my dog up she smelt very good and had an excellent cut . The hospital kept me informed on all they were doing and how things were going. I recommend them over any grooming place or Animal hospital

Love this clinic! Couldn't recommend any more. We've tried several clinics since moving to Memphis 5 years ago and this is definitely our new home. Everyone is kind and caring and they also offer grooming on site.

The Animal Hospital itself is very well kept and the staff is very pleasant. Dr. Duncan was caring and seemingly well educated. I also appreciated her Technician that was working with her. And, I appreciate that they also have boarding service. I've used it once and will use it again in the future.

Professional and caring when you need it the most

Absolutely love this animal hospital. My first experience there a few weeks ago was amazing. They were loving on and holding my puppies, giving them attention. Some of the staff even wanted pictures of them. They made them very comfortable before their appointment and that makes my heart happy because I love my fur babies. All the staff are so nice, they really love and take care of the animals. 10/10 would recommend.

We boarded our 7-month-old kittens here twice while we were moving. They seemed to take good care of them, but I was not impressed with the lack of organization in their reception and front office area. The left hand seemed to not know what the right hand was doing, and I even had a conversation about just that with their staff.

Every time I bring my fur baby. I have the absolute best experience. My wait time is never long even on Saturdays. The staff is so friendly to the humans and the pets! The medical program they have for the pets to sign up for is affordable and very beneficial. If I didn’t have the coverage, I’d be out of pocket so much money. It even includes monthly heart worm and flea and tick protection. At my pup’s annual, he came with a good report due the care they take and have taught me as a new doggie mommie. I will forever be a customer for me and my pooch. The boarding and grooming is great as well! I tried basically everything they have to offer. -Clark VIP’s mom

They always take good care of my animals and are very compassionate. They are always super busy but they still manage to get you in at a reasonable time.

I took my Golden here for his first visit and loved the dr. and the workers. Everyone was so nice. Then I got him Groomed here and they did the best job ever. He looked so beautiful when I picked him up. I would refer all my friends to this vet. Very pleased with everything.

Hillcrest Animal Hospital has taken care of our family pets for many years. We have used their boarding facility too. The caring doctors and team have always been knowledgable and caring. I highly recommend Hillcrest.

I have been using Hillcrest for many years and every time I take my dogs there they have always taken good care of my animals. Nice friendly staff and they truly care about their patients. I tell everybody who asks me where is the best place to take their animals and I tell them Hillcrest. Thank you to all the workers there who take the time to listen to the patients.

We had an end-of-life experience come on a bit quicker than expected and our regular vet was closed. the folks at Hillcrest worked us in before the holiday weekend even though we weren't patients there. They were so kind to us and to our baby, and the handwritten card they sent us the following week means the world to us. They are definitely our new go-to vet and I would highly recommend them for their compassion, and their attentiveness to the pets and their people

Eventime we bring our dogs they never complete the things that are suppose to be done. Like bath and blood work. These people are lazy as can be!!
