If I could give Pet Vax a 00 rating I would! My pet went in for surgery and a few weeks later developed other symptoms which finally led to her death. The vets kept changing their stories about what was wrong with my pet! I know that something didn't add up! The doctors were trying to cover their tracks! They were the most unprofessional vets I have EVER seen! My pet was doing so well after the surgery, then a few weeks later my pet developed other systems that were not related to the surgery AT ALL! They kept changing their story as to what our pet needed to get better! And finally they said to go to a new doctor, then in the same sentence they tried to hurry our decision and said to have her put down! What kind of doctor tells you that all other ways to put my dog down failed and the ONLY way to put my dog down was to gas my precious pet and inject her through the HEART! ❤ My pet was going into kidney failure and they NEVER once acknowledged that! If you are looking for a place to take your pet, DO NOT bring them here! My advice would be do your research,, check out the reviews, find out more about the vet, and DON'T let them try to OVERCHARGE you! They were the most COLD HEARTED vets I have ever seen! If you care about your pets, do your research and GO SOMEWHEREELSE!

Our dogs have been to Petvax many times over their 13 years for their routine exams, shots, and boarding when we go out of town. The people there are very friendly and the vet is always helpful. Our pets have received great care when there.

I wouldn't recommend this place different vet see your dog so you have one vet tell you this and another telling you something totally different on your next visit. Try to find a place where you're dealing with the same vet or it's better communication

Megan and her co workers took excellent care of Paxton on again. They are the best! Meghan went out of her way and on her day off for an emergency issue. THANK YOU! And thank you to the Doctor for his help. What a great experience!

They were wonderful here. Took my dog to be nurtured and it was quick and we didn’t have any complications afterwards.

I love this place! The staff are always so friendly and they take the best care of my pup.

To be very honest. Not a reliable place to take your pet. Especially if you have a pet that you bought from a breeder. They assume you will spend a lot of money here since you have already spent money buying the dog from a breeder. The front desk staff was also very rude.

They are really sweet when it comes to the dogs. My dog actually left wagging his tail after shots.

They were friendly, curtious, and fast. They removed Ryder's stitches quickly and had him back to the truck in no time.

Out of there mind on prices.... to get a pet Vax done they wanna go through a full pet exam before. Hell even when I or my child gets vaccinations as a human you don't have to go through a full exam. They wanted somewhere around 150 bucks for a puppies shots... went elsewhere to another well established location in Olive Branch an paid 160 for 2 dogs....

Dr. Biggers is great but the front desk staff not so much! I got the feeling the front desk is lazy and just does what's convenient for them and not my pup!

Always shows concerns for my babies every time I go to this location. I haven’t been there since I lost Alex on April 18, 2020. Today was the first time going and as usual the staff always goes the extra mile for my baby to ensure that I understand everything and I’m comfortable. Hunter was scared but they took good care of him. Thanks for all you do for PETS ????❤️. Wonderful Staff

Dr. Gant was very nice and explained her findings with me in a detailed manner.

Very rude nurses, expensive af, gives short information and are very inconsiderate. They have no sympathy for their customers/pets. They gave our pet medication she didn’t even need!!! Without our PERMISSION!! I will absolutely be taking my pets somewhere else.

Today was my first time utilizing PetVax in Cordova on Germantown. I needed to get my dog up to date on vaccines and I needed his care to be through, financially reasonable, professional and quick. The ladies were very kind and my dog was out before I knew it. I appreciate their help. Thanks- Michelle Woods

BANNED FROM PETVAX!!! I found out I had cancer and a few weeks later my husband died. Two weeks after his death I went in because my dog was vomiting and they suggested $743.00 in tests. I was a wreck and said I didn't trust that, so when I called to get my other pet vaccinated, I was told I couldn't come back there. BTW, the vomiting passed in hours, hundreds of dollars in tests not needed.

I switched from a traditional vet office to here and I'm glad I did. Because when my puppy's happy I'm happy. The service quality is just as good. They perform everything a Vet office does except emergency care & boarding and it's lighter on my pocket. ????

My sweet baby had an ortho surgery today with Dr. Anderson. We love Dr. Anderson and the sweet staff there at PV Dova! Thank you for taking care of my baby!

This place is the best. The staff and ladies up front are awesome. And most of all the Doctor who completed the surgery on our dog Daisy. The doctor saved our dog Daisy. I got her three years ago after my 11 year old daughter died as thearpy to help my son cope with his sister death and he loves his dog. A emergency operation was done on our dog Daisy that saved her life. And the price was affordable as well. I will not go any other place than Petvax in Cordova. I was greeted at the door and Daisy was getting all the attention she needed up to the time I took her home. Daisy is up and running around and very happy. If Daisy could talk she would definitely voice her opinion and gratitude. Thank you Petvax and the friendly staff involved with my dog Daisy.
