Banfield Pet Hospital Memphis, Arkansas

Piggy wasn't feeling her best. So we decided to take her to Banfield Pet hospital where she was greeted with kindness and treated for her illness. She is doing so much better now. Thank you guys for helping our little one. ????

They are so helpful, kind and just love the animals. They took great care of our dog and that's very comforting

It's like Banfield is 3 times better since they left Petsmart. The staff is so friendly. My dog was excited like she was at the spa when she left.

I really like Banfield. I sent my puppy Santana in because he had an emergency. No other place was open on a Saturday except Banfield. They worked and cared for him right away. Thanks to them, my dog is back in good health. Thank you Dr. Baer and team!

Dr. Pratt is awesome and compassionate. Dr. Baer is really good too.

The staff is excellent and both my pets are taking care of anytime I bring them in.

Set an appointment for 12:30 pm for my 13 week old puppy ONLY to get her vaccinations and nail trim. I was not previously informed that appointments that you make are not for the animal to be seen at that particular time, but only for the animal to sit there until they can be seen. I waited 4 hours total for my puppy to be seen, and found out that she was not seen in the first 2 1/2 hours that she was there. I was told over the phone that because I scheduled during "lunch breaks", that was the reason why she had not been seen in 3 hours. I was also told that I would receive a phone call in ANOTHER HOUR for her to be picked up. I arrived in that hour and still no phone call. I requested to pick her up and she was ready but with NO PHONE CALL. I DO NOT recommend this pet hospital. No sense of urgency. My puppy's health was at risk due to her age and how long she sat there with animals that could have exposed her to illnesses.

Tell you one price then charge you something completely different. Need to communicate better with the customer and tell them everything that’s going to be done before they touch the pet.

NO LONGER located in the PetSmart building.

Everyone that works there is so nice and thorough with care and explaining care. The down side is that they do cost more than local vets, do not offer urgent care, and appointments for even sick animals are booked out weeks in advance.

Great doctors, prices and health plan. They try to really help you get your baby checked out while still trying to keep things in your price range.

Stay far away from this place if you care about your pet's health. They are completely inept. My dog has had seizures for the past 10 years, now they can't find where he was ever prescribed his medication in the past so they won't refill it. He needs this medication twice a day or he will die, they don't care! This is not the first time they can't "find" or "read" their own medical history notes.

Easy to schedule, front desk people are always so nice and best of all doggy health insurance so no big bills due at time of service! Pics of the puppy not the place but it's at the back of the petsmart. Plenty of parking.

Does what they need to but occasionally beat around the Bush about possibilities of heavier(things dealing with the owners heart) diagnosis.

Okay So pretty much everything about it is great except the monthly wellness plan. That itself is actually pretty nice. But you're locked in until it's done. If you want to cancel it, you have to pay whatever tests and treatments or vaccines and whatever else is covered by the plan. So I have 2 puppies and it would have been about $2000 almost 3000 to cancel both of them. You can do a payment plan, but you might as well just keep the plan at that point. Idk it's just inconvenient because we can't even really afford the $90 a month for the plan but we can't afford $3000 even more. But it's also really convenient because you get free office visits and a few tests. You just have to pay for medication. Over all, it's essentially pet insurance.
