Had to wait an hour even with an appointment. Out of heart meds.

I’ve been calling for about a month now trying to schedule an appointment for my pet and no one ever answers. It’s outrageous and really irritating.

They are always so loving with my fur babies. They do what's best for pet while ensuring cheapest method for best care. They even call back and check on pets. My black treats them bad everytime yet they still accept any appointment I make. Thanks so much

Professional, friendly, show love for the pets & make them feel loved doing the exam. If you call in with concerns or questions or seek a suggestion, they assist you with a smile as they give you the suggestions or answer your question. They are the best.

When I tell you in and out service!!! My Bella's appointment was at 10:30...We arrived like 10:32 I was done and back home by 10:50! Fastest service I've ever had done!!

Workers were very nice. I just don’t like the fact you’re not allowed in the building with your pets. I understand covid might have changed a few rules but I would prefer being able to actually see/witness what is being done to my pets and exactly what I’m paying for. Every other place of business has moved toward to the next steps into reopening. I don’t understand why this company hasn’t. Also as I was leaving, I seen the next appointment after me being allowed in the building which was awkward to me.

I'm new in the area my dog needed his rear glands tended to right away they got him right in and right out friendly Fair priced so I'll be taking him back and was recommended by my new groomer as well so it all worked out

They never answer the phone and their voicemail is full.

Amazing service super nice !

The Customer Service Skills started when I first called. The lady on the phone was very pleasant????. When we made it, we had to wait for a little while but that was ok because I know due to the pandemic, just about everybody has changed the way they handle business so I'm use to having patience. She came to the car to get my baby and again her customer service skills were awesome. The doctor was very detailed when she called us. My baby Diamond ????came back out like a new dog. She explained and showed us how to give her meds????. She even told us if we have any problems, we could reach her at the other location on tomorrow. When we made it home, she was feeling so much better. Thanks PetVax and I highly recommend them.❤????????❤

My 10 year old Chihuahua Fancy was in discomfort all week...not knowing she had an Ear infection. I called 1st thing this morning and her appointment was SAME DAY SERVICE Thankfully the Team at Petvax gave me clarity and My Fancy much needed comfort. ????????????????❤

My dogs get their shots here and they are durable price wise

I love the veterinarian Dr. Worley. She is so kind and patient. I won’t see anyone but her. Her staff Is so kind. Love the vet tech with all the animals.( sorry I don’t know her name) She is so relatable- has a story each time to make you feel at ease.

Petvax sold me several costly medications for my puppy with Hookworms . . . which worked at that time. (They mentioned that I "might" want to buy some monthly deworming meds) A couple of weeks later my puppy was sick again. I researched Hook worms and found that the larvae must be killed 2 to 4 weeks after killing the adults. Petvax never scheduled any further treatment and failed to care for my puppy . . . . so I'll get help from other folks who care about pets and not just money.

The food has gone down alot

Buzter & I had to come to these guys cause he developed a hematoma in his ear. And I appreciate the care & concern shown to us to help us deal with the plight. Taylor & the Dr. where grand & great!! Terrible !!!! No one wearing masks ! Waited days for appt day to arrive. Then waited another 45 mins after appt time to see dr while sitting in a hot vehicle with a sick cat. Unbearable ...and still didnt get to see dr. Made appt for another location for 2 more days away. Only 1 i could get. And people were going in out with thier animals and without mask....

I have used Petvax for many years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. The staff at the Raines Road location is so friendly and helpful.
