went in to get some anxiety pills for my puppy, came out $100 dollars broke????????but I love my baby boy, with his spoilt self!!

This location always have what I need in stock time and time again. Very friendly staff.

I have used the Pet Resort, and they do an excellent job. Today we came for a grooming for my sweet boy. They executed his cut in a professional and timely fashion.

They take horrible care of the fish. They leave the beta fish in closed lids and also allow them to loosen themselves from not changing their water. They swim in their own waste until they die from it. This picture below was one of the betas on display.

Took my dog to their pet hotel. This is a really nice place!

I was able to find what I was looking for with ease. I was impressed by the food selections for my cats.

Clean and very friendly staff

So, hadn’t had any issue here until today. Associates have always been so so and not friendly but whatever. My issue is this: took my dog for the “free photo with Santa” advertised for a few weekends in December. Registered online with all my contact info/etc. Get there, take the photo, all good. I took pictures on my phone and the associate took the photo on the iPad. Was told the official pic would be sent to my email in a few hours. Hours later, no photo. Days later, no photo. Had to call and ask what’s up: “Oh, none of the photos saved on our iPad and we lost everyone’s photos.” Okay? And when were they going to notify folks of this? They take down all your contact info to register but a manager couldn’t sit in an office and notify folks that PetSmart lost their pics and wouldn’t be able to email them out. It was free, but that’s not the point. The point is, they offered a service, informed the customer when they should expect the pic and didn’t follow through. I had to call them and ask about it. Just unprofessional and a dumb way to handle things. This is part of why I don’t go out anymore, just little things that turn into big things because they weren’t handled correctly. ???? So, if you’re taking your fur baby to see Santa, just take the pic on your own phone/device and add a border/decorate with PicCollage or an app like that.

I love ❤ the selection they have for my pets food Thank you so much. And the experienced staff and the knowledge that they equiped with.

Customer service is so important to me, sadly this store staff lacks knowledge and even help. I was told someone would be over to help me to get a fish and after wait 27 minutes they told me it's too late that department is now closed. Had to request a manger to help assist with this matter.

PetSmart is one of those stores... one day is good the next day it's not.

Staff did not have any knowledge of the services or products. The shelves were just about empty. The cashier saved the store from getting a 1 rating. She was very polite. I will not be visiting this location again. No help at all.

I trusted them with our cat/ baby for a weekend and they did nothing I told them to do. He was not used to being away from home but, he was too young to stay by himself. They charged us for things we didn't approve and tried to feed him food we told them he wouldn't eat. He came home hungry and constipated. Never trust them again!

Groomers are very caring.

My #furbaby, Willow, went in for his first grooming appointment and the gentleman did very well and was very nice. I trusted that Willow was in good hands as I tend to be a helicopter dog mom. Willow got a bath, brush, hair trim, nails filed, and teeth brush. We're definitely gonna go back to the same nice gentleman when it's time to get him pampered again.

They usually have what I need for my fur babies, and when I don't see it on shelves they are more than kind and check the back. Customer service is wonderful here and I frequent this location often.

My fur babies had a clean fresh smell. Their coat had a shine to it. Everything's was great except my poodle was not cut low with clean face and feet as I requested.

No complaints. Good customer service, wide selection of products.
