I have always had a good experience here and I have referred many of my friends and family!

We gave been a few times since October with a new dog and I've like the techs and doctors every visit.

My puppy died 3 days after getting treatment from them. He had stomach worms but they weren’t smart enough to check him for parvo too. My puppy wasn’t eating at all he only drank which later on i found out he was dehydrated. He was tested postive for parvo the next day and died 3 days later. I want justice for him. Save your pets!

I wouldn’t take my dog here if you paid me to. From their patient care down to common communication their way of business is down right disgusting. I pray for the animals who receive care here and will not stop sharing my experience with PetVax Bartlett particularly. Take your pets else where or you may regret it!

Been coming to petvax since they were on broad. Always caring, understanding, and listen to their patients owners unlike some other vets. Will be a lifer! Thank you

Great place but the only issue I had was when they trimmed my puppy's claws. They were splitting but other than that everything has been great

Today I lost my cat. I took my cat to them about a month ago to have a tumor removed this procedure I paid good money for between doctors visit and surgery $1500.00. The surgery seemed to go well but a month later my cat stoped eating and drinking. I brought my cat in and they ran tests and sent me home to put an IV in her myself everyday. I was told she was not severe just give her fluids. My cat worsen and worsen and today my cat died.. This vet charged me 560$ for some tests they supposedly ran and gave me a report and sent me home with an IV. I asked could they keep her make sure she got the corrective care, they refused and acted really rude about it.. This vet kills animals.

All the people there are very attentive & caring for my dog,Whiskey. Dr. Foggo is too. Never have I been unhappy with them.

PetVax Bartlett staff are extremely friendly and compassionate. When I found my little rescue kitty wrapped in a plastic bag in the road and was terrified and not aware of where to go, my roommate referred this place to me and they saw him immediately as a walk in. They were sweet to my little buddy and with their help I've nursed him back to full health! He's now a healthy, energetic kitten thanks to them and it means the world to me what they did to help me save him!

Took my baby to get her skin looked at because she’s having some irritation. The doctor gave her a test for mange and didn’t look at the skin on her stomach but that’s fine. Came out negative for mange and was prescribed 500mg of cephalexin. Well after 2 days, my baby was throwing up 3-4 times after the antibiotic. Called the vet and he told me he would switch out her meds. I arrive to the vet to 3 white women being entitled telling me they don’t give out free medicine. The male vet that told me he would switch it out was not there. I paid $50 for medicine my dog is violently regurgitating and you have the audacity to tell me I need to pay more? It’s 2021, maybe one day they’ll learn it’s not the day in age to try to talk to anyone unprofessionally when you’re in customer service. I advise everyone to go somewhere else. It’s all about money here.

Great Dr's and staff. They provide great service for a great price and really love animals.

I made an appointment for 2:00 I arrived at 1:24 at soon as they opened I tried to call to let tbem know I was waiting and they started getting people who arrived after me. When I talked to the front desk the lady wad rude and question mewhy I didn't call to check inn .They were closed for lunch and never answered also asking me if I wad sill to have my dog to be see. I left. I would never be back. Very rude and unprofessional.

I called and made an appointment for 11:30 to get him a basic exam and his medication that he’s been on his whole life. I have had him since he was 3 weeks old, he is now 7 years old. I got there at 11:30 and they finally took him at 11:50. I did not receive him until 12:50. They were not busy and on top of that they told me I needed to pay for him to have blood work that I had got on june 4th not even a month ago. I told them I wasn’t going to do that and that I would just pay for this visit and go somewhere else. The lady then proceeded to say I needed to learn how to take care of my cat and that I was neglecting him and that I was no longer welcome on the premises. AND OVERCHARGED ME. They only care about money here, they are not in it for the health of your animal. I recently moved to bartlett in april and have yet to find a good vet for my cat.

The staff came out to the car to get my dog. I am assuming because of Covid-19, although no one was wearing a mask. Everyone was friendly and moved quickly with getting me an appointment for my senior dog. I sat in the car for about 45 minutes or so until they brought him back. The only thing I did not like was not being able to go in and see what I was charged for. They just bring your pet back and tell you what they done along with any medications, but no evidence of x-rays or any other procedure. I cannot really give the a 5 for that reason.

Nice folks here and so helpful. Since our vet closed this will be our new vet!

First off, I would give this 0 stars if it would let me. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had. My dog is like my child and I want whatever is best for her. I’ve been told since November that my dog has had a UTI and struvite crystals. I believed them because they seemed like they were doing their job but absolutely not. I took her this past Saturday (4/17/21) and they told me the same thing was wrong with her so I decided to take her to a different vet for a second opinion. I got the results from her and said that she was completely healthy and had no UTI and no crystals in her urine. I then called petvax and every time they told me someone different would call me back. Once I finally talked with someone they told me the urine they tested they got it off of their floor so it obviously had bacteria in it. I’m not sure why you would even test urine off of the floor??? And every time I talked to someone I was getting different stories about how they didn’t know the urine came off of the floor when they tested it and blah blah blah. And every time they have said she’s had the problem the same antibiotic has been a different price which is very strange to me. Needless to say make sure they aren’t misdiagnosing your pets just to get tons of money out of you like they did to me. I will NEVER be back and do not recommend this place to anyone!!!!!!!

I couldn't imagine going anyware else. Everyone associated with the Bartlett location are so sweet and professional. I really know that my furbaby's are priority one when being seen. Thank you all!!
