I visited this veterinarian for a very personal situation. Without going into great detail I would like to say that the guidance and then assistance I received was kind and professional. What could have been a very sad and devastating experience for my pets and myself was not due to the understanding of the staff.

This place took great care of my male dog. He was healthy and happy when I picked him up.

I saw this vet from Google so I wanted to try it out and then my dog had got "allergies" And the doctor gave me medicine to give my dog that's when I saw that my dog what getting really sick and also not wanting to eat then some thing bad happened so we went to another vet and said that the medicine that this doctor gave me was for ticks and that type of stuff he never ever told us that it was for ticks and that stuff but poor dog couldn't eat it started to itch and stating to bleeding she cried and couldn't find a way to sleep and it also cost so so much

Long post Getwell Animal Hospital This place is unprofessional and unreliable. They DO NOT provide adequate information that could certainly save your fur baby. I found out from another Vetanarian that my dog needed an emergency surgery but we could not afford the amount quoted so I called as many pet clinics as I possibly could for a more reasonable price. This place was the cheapest I could afford and could conduct the surgery the following morning. This was initially great news but hindsight the cheaper price meant McDonald’s prices but Chic-fila expectations. I took my dog here to have an emergency surgery for an open pyometra on Tuesday and we had to put her down on Sunday due to her intestines being exposed and her going into shock. She was given a 50/50 chance of surviving because of her severe condition. The pet hospital that we had to take our fur baby to since The Getwell Animal Hospital was closed said that they had never seen anything like this and mentioned whoever did her surgery only did one line of stitches on the inside and placed glue on the outside. They said that their protocol would have been more extensive than this. They said it didn’t appear enough was done. On the day of her surgery, I was told that they would give her liquid antibiotics since I did not give her the pill antibiotic. The only problem is, I wasn’t told to do so. I was actually told not to give her ANYTHING after 10:00pm so I didn’t. We were charged for their lack of instructions. After this occurred, I called to ask the doctor if there would be any other upcoming charges that MIGHT occur since I wasn’t informed about the antibiotic. The receptionist answered no and I could hear the doctor in the background. I asked her if she could ask the doctor about pain meds and she asked me why would the dog need pain meds? I asked if they were supplying a dog shade to go around her neck and she responded that the doc said I could get one from pet smart or somewhere IF I wanted to. Then she told me that she answered all the questions that she could and said someone was on the other end and HUNG UP! After the surgery, the doctor told me not to bath her and make sure she was not moving around much. He said that I didn’t have to bring her in since glue was applied to the incision. I asked all questions I could think of since Dr. Green didn’t bother informing me of anything. This place does not care about pets. Their prices are low because their services are below sub par. They did not provide me with information and got upset with me for asking questions on how to care for my fur baby. I left a message on their website and a voicemail hoping that we would receive a call back like we have in the past from a pet clinic who cared but no call back on Sunday when my dog passed away OR MONDAY. Dr. Green even eluded to us allowing or dog to be active but I swiftly corrected him. We made sure that she stayed inside and didn’t get wet! I kept her shade on 24 hours out of the day!! I gave her medication as scheduled and fed her chicken and rice. The problem was him!!

It was ok. There was no incredible amount of bedside manner but overall he was ok. He was recommended by the Humane Society.

Very friendly atmosphere and got my puppy, Gypsy, back to herself after being sick. Highly recommend!

Very professional and easy. Had a 6 week old puppy, they got me in and out in less than 30 minutes. Very reasonable prices. Will definitely be back.

Best animal hospital ,Muffin loves how soft and gentle he is with her and he make sure they feeling better before they leave love this clinic and they are quick

The people was very nice but expensive, I like the lady at the counter personality, she was willing to answer my questions. I recommend people get the neuter voucher online before coming if your female dog need spayed.

The vetinarian (Dr. Green) took the time to explain everything to us and make sure that we understand the reason for the bill.

The worst experence I have ever had with a Vet. I took my cat in because he has stomatitis. When the cat was pulled out of the carrier, one ruptured and the cat was in distress because of the pain. He told me he wouldn't treat the cat and I needed to leave. I had to beg him to give the cat a steroid shot . He charged me $90 for it and I had to hold the cat myself because he was afraid of it. Would never reccomened this Vet to anyone period

Got my cat neutered here. The staff seemed to be super nice but dr green really needs to work on his bedside manners. He didnt seem to even want to touch my cat...

I would like to think Laura and her doctor for helping me when I didn't No what to do for my puppy. She would have died if they have not given me the information I needed. Thank Yall So MUCH! ???? ????????????????????????

The woman who answers the phone is very rude. She did not even give me a chance to talk. She just hung up in my face before I could tell her what I was calling for. I will never go to them.

1st time was awesome, now, we been boarding our dogs over night at times, we have noticed 1 lady will not handle our dogs, she acts terrified . If you scared , you shouldn't work at a vet .. btw they don't bark or growl .. dogs get excited anytime they see anyone (everyone is a friend to them lol) .. pit tries pulling to go play , old woman insisted he was coughing (he pulled against his harness ) .. my husband has to put them in the cage and get them out cuz the 1 is nuts ????
