I have a large dog that has his moments . This morning was one of the wildest I have seen . The whole staff is awesome . Thanks for the spectacular service your team provided for my best friend in his not so willing to assist moment . No doubt you guys are the best in the business . I’m so sorry my baby of 15yrs I had to let her go but the hardest part for me is I couldn’t be with her the last breath because of the Covid band and had to stay outside I hope my baby will forgive me and God too I made a terrible mistake and I will be living with this the rest of my life the pain I’m feeling I would be better off dead I will never go back to them again and I have used them since it was Kelly’s I know my baby is in heaven ????????????????????

Very pet friendly and reliable . I would definitely comeback for a second visit. The ambiance is peaceful and clean .

My dog hates being in the car. This has been my vet for years on years. I have waited in my car for an hour in a half it is just ridiculous. Will take my pet somewhere else next time.

The wait was pretty long, but this was Saturday morning and the parking lot was completely full. The staff was very friendly and an overall pleasant environment. Probably explains why everyone in Bartlett was here.

I have used Community Pet Hospital for years. They are not terribly expensive and are good with your pets

Great staff! They take forever tho lol So expect to be waiting for a Few hours. They need to do a little renovating.

I've been taking my cats here for about 10 years now. You have to wait a while but for the price and the service it is well worth the wait. I highly recommend.

Very pleasant staff and knowledgeable. There was a little of a wait and you have to wait in your car until they call you in. It's a little odd. Overall experience was good and the prices for shots and heartworm preventative meds is reasonable.

In my experience do NOT take your animal to be groomed at this facility . I dropped off a perfectly healthy cat, June 30th. When we picked her up and let her out of her carrier at home it was immediately apparent that she could not walk or put down her hind right leg. After sleeping for over 30 hours, we brought her down stairs from hiding under the bed. She would not eat or drink. Was obviously still sedated and her hind leg was trembling. We took her to OUR vet first thing Friday morning July 2nd, after incurring $219 bill, it was determined it was a soft tissue injury, given pain meds and sent home with instructions to return Monday July 5th if no better. She was not, still not eating or drinking and unable to put her foot down. So we returned to make sure her leg was not broken or her hip dislocated, another $166 charge. I called the "groomer" the July 2nd after first visit, again after second visit, kept being told Head groomer was not there, nor messages getting through. Finally on July 9th, some rude assistant told me that Dr. Baddley had said no trauma had occurred and so that it was it! REALLY????????? How can a sedated cat - a large cat - twist her own leg in the 40 minutes journey back home? The absolute lack of respect for their client and CARE for my animal is a disgrace! FurBall is still hiding upstairs.

The location has a few rude staff members and the waiting in the car is ridiculous. The waiting is always super long but Dr Bradley is one of the best.

They were so kind and updated us on Addicus. The doctor did a great job on getting him in giving the best of care. I am so thankful to the wonderful.doctor and his assistants.

Had a stray come up. She had a big growth on her shoulder. The vet is able to remove it. These people care about animals and those of us taking care of our fur babies.

Love the Dr. the only think I hate is he is so popular and the prices are right but you have to wait forever to get seen. So many people go there. I waited in my car for three hours last week.
